I've had so much success using epsom salt mixed with some white glitter. It makes perfect snow for projects. I took some houses, painted them white, added "snow" epsom salt, and painted some gold accents. I fill a very large tray (cream colored) with more "snow", add the houses, some bottle trees that are decorated and some of the very small village figures. This is the centerpiece for one of my tables. I also add battery lights all around too! I did the same with some gnomes I found at DT on skis a few years ago. They go on a snow covered tray with trees and lights on my foyer table!!
Love the gold candle holders with the 5$ wreath table scape and the big vase with the rhinestones painted. I think it would be neat to remove the rhinestones too or do snowflakes and remove those so the light would come out the side. My favorite was the painted thrifted houses though too!!!❤❤
Thank you thank you for #10. I have a boxes full of costume jewelry from my fashionable mother who passed away yrs ago and had no idea what to do with it all..this is genius and a perfect idea that the whole family can do and have something nice in memory of her.. 👏🏼 🏆
The jewelry Christmas tree is AWESOME! I have so many pieces of discarded and broken jewelry that I have struggled to get rid of because of sentimental reasons or just no reason...😅. But now I have a reason to put them to good use! THANK YOU LIZ!!
I love the artist canvas with ribbon. Each year I wrap the large pieces of Art or photos I have on the wall an tie ribbon around them with some holiday picks to make it look like a present on the wall. I’d send you photos of Christmases past, but I don’t seem to be able to understand how to do it. I’ve been doing this for 27 years.
I take my everyday wall art and wrap them up nicely to look like a present. After i just take the wrapping off. That way I can keep them up and not have to store anything.
I loved them all, the button ornament really cute & the centerpiece w/wreath & vases beautiful. I liked the canvasses that look like presents. I like to take old Christmas cards & put in frames, makes really cute decor. I also use them for nametags on gifts, match to the paper or bag. You can also find really cute gift bags @DT & put in frames, I either hang or put on shelf/mantle.
Every since you mentioned the Sandollar paint, I am absolutely hooked on that color. It’s gorgeous!! Thanks again Liz you hit it out of the ballpark !!!!!❤And, oh yeah…CHRISTMAS!!!
I’m fixing to start decorating for Christmas right now!! Liz I love this video!! Liz I love all of them but if I had to choose it’s the costume jewelry Christmas Tree 🎄💕
I'm not always a fan of Dollar Tree crafts (sorry!) but these were really fantastic and inspiring. Maybe I'm now a convert? I particularly loved the jewelry tree, because I've been wanting to make one, but I also want to try the large glass vase with snowflakes and even the simple picture frame one at the end. Thank you for the video!
