Essentia is a FANTASTIC tasting water and is about a 9.5 ph in every water test I've seen. I had colorectal cancer and it really helped with my stomach issues following surgery. It goes into a stomach which contains???? Stomach acid, with a pH of 1.5-3.5..... Best case you slightly increase the pH of your stomach fluids until the body pump more acid in.

For brewing coffee I use FIJI water and Maui ground coffee beans. Evian (and others) just doesn't brew as well to bring out the flavor as good as FIJI

They just have different ph and mineral count. High ph water can still contain flouride, lye, bpa chemicals, and much more.
Funfact, adding baking soda increases ph by 100000s of times (since ph is logarithmic its 10x each unit) but its acidic resistance can be harmful if taken too much. So please dont down a water bottle full of baking soda xD

Therefore what you want are the almost turquoise waters. You would know that very basic substances deal as much damage as very acid substances and that ph 4 is still very neutral and that if there was a ph so low or so high to be corrosive, it probably would kill you because is toxic. First of all the pH of your blood is strictly regulated by body. Too acidic is known as ketoacidosis, and too alkaline is Ketoalkalosis, neither of which is a beneficial condition. It takes only a 0.1 swing in the pH of your blood to cause either of these conditions.
What really gets me is the super obvious... What happens when you drink water, where does it go? It goes into a stomach which contains????

Best case you slightly increase the pH of your stomach fluids until the body pump more acid in.
