The BEST Crockpot Rotel Dip | Simple Slow Cooker Rotel Dip | Easy Crockpot GameDay Recipe |
Crockpot Rotel Dip
Ingredients:
1 LB Ground Beef
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1/2 Cup Water
20 oz Rotel Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Diced Onions or 1 Med Onion Diced
10 oz Velvetta Cheese (Cubed)
8 oz Cream Cheese (Cubed)
8 oz Jack Cheese (Cubed)
8 oz Colby Jack (Cubed)
Directions:
Dice onion sit aside
Brown ground beef
Add diced onion with ground beef
Continue cooking until onions are translucent
Once ground beef is cooked and most of the juices are dissolved add taco seasoning
Add water and turn up the heat
Continue cooking until all water is dissolved
Add cooked ground beef to crockpot Followed by the following
Cream cheese
Jack Cheese
Colby Jack Cheese
Velvetta Cheese
Rotel Tomatoes
Cover Crockpot and cook on high for 2 Hours
After 2 Hours mix well
Serve and Enjoy!

You can try stirring halfway through or shredding cheese instead of cubing it

Could you just use all cheddar cheese instead of the different types of cheese? I have a large 2 lb block of cheddar.

I have that same convection cooktop stove on order and will get it by the end of this week. I had one for my RV, but it was a Farberware brand and was difficult to master. This one seems overly easy to use. I just have to ensure that all may pots, and pans are induction compatible. They complement the air fryer and the crockpot/slow cooker well it seems. My slow cooker would make up too much of this dish for serving just my wife and I, but one never knows. Thanks for sharing the video.
