Quick and easy cheesy, creamy chicken pasta! Better than Alfredo!

My cup volume = 200 ml
Ingredients (4-5 servings 🍝):
300g (10.5oz) tagliatelle
Cook al dente
olive oil
1 chicken breast, diced
2 tbsp corn flour
salt and pepper
Mix well and roast for 2-3 minutes
2 tbsp butter
5-6 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
250 ml (1/2 pint) milk
2 tbsp flour
Mix well and add the sauce to the pan
Add 250 ml (1/2 pint) milk, little by little
150 g blue cheese, diced
Herbal mixture
100 g (3.5 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Add fried chicken to the sauce
Add noodles
Add fresh parsley (optional)
✅ Pasta water for a smoother sauce
✅ Serve as soon as you mix the sauce with pasta!
