I feel like you have made a bit of a rookie error in this video and a previous one a couple of days ago.if you purchased today as dunton and listed them today you obviously haven't washed them , which is not following eBay protocol on the Preloved items. You sold some black trousers said you only got them the day before, not enough time to dry them 😅. Tech always says to wash everything! Shame you don't follow your mentors advice. I could be wrong here but dunton was on today...... I'm assuming this video is not from last Wednesday.
I wouldn't say its a rookie mistake the guy has like 1200+ item store with 14k item sold he obviously knows what he is doing, he seen the item is clean enough to be sent out knowing the customer will be happy with it. I've watch his past video where he says stuff do need washing so I take Simon has a standard of which a item can be sent out in. Basically he uses his eyes which some resellers don't and just send stuff dirty that's why tech and ebay have set out protocol for sellers like that, if people use common sense and their eyes, you wouldn't need to be told you need to clean the clothes before you send it out 😂😂😂
Not always necessary to wash every idea. In fact what a waste of resources, not to mention time, as majority of used items washed before donated and when re-sold end user/buyer likely to wash it (surely). So it makes sense for the reseller not to wash unless it is stained, stinks or clearly needs freshening up. I don't see a no rookie error here just common sense.

It's one of the main rules of reselling pre owned items on eBay, if you show you buy it and list it within a few hours your not following the process you should that's all. Everyone is keen to get items listed. It could backfire one day. I've sold 28k items myself so am well aware of the rules but thank you.
