I think why Amalee is not voicing Dorothy is probably because the devs dont want us to confuse Dorothy with Viper, cause they both look seiso on the outside and black on the inside. My first 10 draw character was Rupee and I went to see who voices her and boy I thought it was someone else with that name. Maybe there is seiso in the Monarch after all.
Amidst all of the strife VTubers have been going through recently, being doxed and bullied out of their livelyhood, it truly makes me happy to see one of them doing so well and working on a game I enjoy. I hope that she keeps on growing
