I am searching to build a 5 Kanal European style house in Pakistan next year. been following all the videos most of the Pakistani houses gives more of a hotel and royal vibe than a house but I must say the house interior is pretty cool and looks like a house .
Mazhar munir aur asma nabeel ko kash m kidnap kr lou aur un sy pochun aik dfa k ap log insan ho ya koi aur makhloq. How can one be so intelligent to put every thing on point and giving a vintage classy and artistic look to every thing. I am done with this world after watching this out.
Minimal front elevation but interiors are bombarded with too many colors and materials, which gives an artificial look. Selecting a color palette and working within it brings a harmony to the environment.
Could b put down to personal tastes though. Rooms r color themed but overall the house is carrying a pretty seemlessly coordinated look, both fixtures n colour palette wise. Its not my taste but i did not find it jarring or however u have seen it. I feel when criticising a project made for random end user, one should be more objective.
From Architectural perspective, there is nothing extraordinary about this house. Even an Autocad operator could make a better floor plan and elevation than this. Although, Asma Nabeel did an excellent job with the interiors which pretty much compensates for the lack of imagination on part of the Architect :)

There seems to be no sustainably in this house? Sky lights, big open windows, ventilation, solar solutions, water conservation, solar air conditioning, water recycling, green spaces, waste management, temperature control.....? I'd there's one ...where is it, why is it not shown in video....? boujee furnishings and high-end electronic appliances doesn't make it wow! Mr Mazhar Munir needs to visit "Har Sukh" by Mr Kamil Mumtaz and see how local artisans were used to create a masterpiece that's so relevant, so local and so authentic!
Tasteful exterior. Furnishings, some are good, some a little overdone. The house has a sleek, modern look, the furniture should complement it. On the whole, a great change from the awful , gaudy and tasteless houses on the market these days.
