So far, I have been correct about this game and was constantly getting downvoted on the TDU subreddit whenever I pointed out the flaws. The only redeeming quality of this game has been the physics, it leans a lot towards the arcade side but they have implemented sim elements and it's great. This game needs another year of development to get optimized, the AI need to be worked on, the always online bs needs to go and just so much more needs to be done.
Highly disappointed in the map, it has the same issue as Forza Horizon, they made everything ultra wide and that just doesn't make for a good experience.

Looks weak to me and cars sound bad I’m afraid it’s gonna be a let down idk I have hope I loved the first game
these car sounds are much more dynamic than Forza Horizon's canned turbo blowoff noises. It actually seems like the cars engines are reacting to what players are inputting. Not perfect but for an arcade-style racing game, I'm impressed with the vehicle sounds
@@Adrianinhd yeah the only thing that I thought was really good was the sounds a lot better than forzas copy and pasted engine sounds
If yall think these cars sound good try playing The Crew Motorfest which will be Test Drives #1 competition and they gonna have to do a lot more than what I’m seeing so far.

@@dgxxtreme not even the main issue… unfortunately this game has been in a poor state for longer than you’ve probably known about it…. Also if you would pay full price ($50) for this game pre 2014 quality game than this -> 🤡 might be for you…

@@dgxxtreme watched play tests have information from play testers that others don’t know about and if it was really and “old version” of the game then why would they be doing updates in the demo…. And the definition/point of a demo is to preview a portion of the full release game a demo is a demo and a beta is a beta… you gotta learn this… battlefield 2042 was supposed to be an “old version” and we see how that went you should learn the history of the publishers past products as well before being optimistic…. Servers are terrible and optimization is awful… they release in only a couple months not much is gonna change not enough time…
