Harlem River Drive connects the RFK (Triboro) Bridge with the George Washington Bridge along the west bank of the Harlem River in upper Manhattan. The highway also serves as a northern extension of FDR Drive.
FDR Drive is a scenic parkway along the banks of the East River in Manhattan. The route offers some of the most spectacular vistas of the Manhattan skyline and the bridges of the East River. The parkway connects Battery Park to the RFK (Triboro) Bridge while traversing a wide variety of urban landscapes.

I when on the FDR
New tower next to the Manhattan Bridge reminded me of the twin towers on that angle coming out of the tunnel. Such a shame.
