[Read Desc.] WHAT DID BLIZZARD DO!!!! | Overwatch 2 | Live Gameplay |

So- After this new update for blizzard/battlenet, and an update for the release of Ashe's new weapon skin, my settings have been overridden, and my fps has dropped significantly, as well as generating stutters, and performance issues.
This video is about learning what is wrong, and me personally, I'm asking if anyone knows how to fix this issue? I have tried to update Overwatch, the client, scanned and repaired the game files, drivers are good, and I did a system scan along with a windows update scan. Everything on my end is good.
If anyone has any tips, please let me know in the comments.

Man I hopped onto OW2 today to q up some 2-2-2 and I was annoyed to see the Min1Max3 garbage. Literally nobody asked for this, it feels like shit.
