There is already many conditions to fishing. Angler, weather, fish and captain. Lower your expectations and try to enjoy the process of the hunt, it’ll make you feel so much better. Thanks for making this video, it does give viewers an additional edge on what more to do or prepare to add to their chances of landing fishes. Cheers!

Exactly! This trip changed my mentality about fishing and I’m glad it did! Anglers who fish for the catch don’t fishing for long, but anglers who enjoy the process of fishing fish for a lifetime!

Hi Its being awhile i catch up with your content. Your videos in the past inspired me to start fishing so thank you. My fishing journey had taken me to focus on Toman. So I know how u felt when your leader breaks. If you don’t mind, just a simple advice. Your setup is a little light for big mama Toman. My experience is getting a Toman to take your lure is already challenging and rare and if they do strike honestly you have about 50% chance to land at best. Because somehow they will exploit any weaknesses you may have ie your leader, your hook, spilt ring etc. So eliminate any potential weaknesses in your setup and then focus on your technique eg the set hook, how u fight the fish, etc. Just sharing what I had learned in this journey.

Really appreciate your empathy! Since that day I never underestimated fishes anymore, so I'm using heavier tackle now hahaha. Thank you for the great advice! Eliminate the weakness you can eliminate to increase your chances!
