@@woolgloves Quite apparent with enough playtime, people like to think of Hz and other latency factors as something you will instantly notice, like a good-tasting meal. However, the reality is that tactical FPS games are strongly about timing. If you have excellent timing on a 144Hz monitor, you will perform better than a player with poor timing on a 360Hz monitor. That being said, a higher refresh rate (and therefore lower latency) will make timing your shots easier, thus making higher Hz better. So if you play for a few weeks on 360hz, you will be used to that timing and 144hz will feel worse to you after you switchback.
