Stray Kids are a lot of fun. I am 47 years old and the first time I heard kpop I was like yeah not for me. Then I randomly clicked on Stray Kids and rapidly became a Stay. Welcome! Love to see some more!
You will love them, I promisse. They are one of the very few artist in kpop that are self produced, they are super humble and talented! They make their music based on their own experiences and stories, they produce all their music doing what they love and all the members are totally involved in their music
Most kpop videos include Closed Captions (CC button) and have english translations. Japanese version music videos (by kpop artists) usually do not though. But you can always look up lyrics or lyric videos. ☺
There's subtitles available in CC or you can always check out the lyrics/translation for songs. SKZ has great messages behind their songs whether it's about societal pressures, being different, growth development from teen to adult to just being flat out encouraging during hard times. They're truly a different group of self-produced idols and so charming and talented. Two of the members are from Australia, but a good amount of the members speak english well.

If you like 90s+anime Stray kids have few more things like that. Especially Thunderous(anime+korean folk) and Japanese song - TOP(anime + rock). You might like their news title track - Case 143(it has rly fun MV) and a lil older one - Maniac.

really enjoyed this, cause it reminded me how i started my skz journey. all of their mv´s are of top notch quality. you should try more from them (thunderous, maniac and case 143 are their latest comebacks)
If you don't understand what they're saying, I suggest using the english captions! I'm not from Korea either, so that's what I do. But honestly with or without the captions, the music is still gold.
