It has memory: Put it in whatever mode you want, then leave it on for at least 8 seconds. Turn it off. Next time you click the light on, it will come on in that last mode. If you don't leave it in your preferred mode for at least 8 seconds, it will always come on in High.
Dude! Thank you… i have one of these, it came with minimal directions, and i KNEW it had memory, but if you “show” someone, i could never get it to work! Its my favorite function of the light so far…
I just got it. It's not lightweight but it is certainly light enough for a walk around the neighborhood at night. I got it as a work light. And it is much brighter than my old energizer headlamp. The flash mode on this new model is stunningly powerful.
they should have removed the extra 2x batteries and put a magnetic cap instead. Price tag could have stayed the same but the product would be so much better. Shame
@@johncampbell4084 its heavy. It up to u. I have a wowtac angle light which uses a rechargable cr123. It's only good for 30 min but it's lighter for running. This one is just too heavy to move around a lot . If you are a mechanic or aren't jumping around its pretty good. Like i said its just heavy
@@bobone866 ahhh kk. i was hoping it be lighter than the one I was looking at . the wohban h51 or something which says it's about 110 grams with battery. I'll test this one out. I got this one for work and will use it walking but my old one was pretty big so it should be fine. I just wish they all went with USBC vs the stupid micro usb
@@johncampbell4084 i do too. I saw wowtac is starting to do that but they are hot or miss.. dont get me wrong i like this flashlight but i use it with a ranger band on the strap of my bagpack...

So how do we know if it’s charging or not? They didn’t put a light to let us know it’s charging.
There is a little light under the charging boot, red means it is charging, green means it is finished.
What is turbo mode? The 1K lumens? I read the high lumens is only for short bursts
Turbo mode is 1000 lumens, but it automatically ramps down to High after 50 seconds.
