Last night I grabbed a journal from when I was a teenager, it's years and years old. I was listening to this song when I added an entry in that journal for the first time in more than five years. The entry I made was an update... It was like writing a letter to myself. I let my fifteen year old self know that I didn't stay broken, I healed. I didn't keep dreaming, I stopped dreaming and actually made those dreams happen. Those people I thought I could never trust or love, are some of the people I'm closest to now. More than anything, I am free... I'm not broken, I'm not stuck, I'm free. Through some of the worst years of my life, I grew so much. And looking back on a season in life that I thought I would never be able to make it through... today I am in my promise land, at times I remember what the wilderness was like and I thank God for delivering me through it. So if you're here and reading this, I can tell you that not too long from now, if you make the right (hard) choices... you're going to live through this time. Then I hope one day you do what I did, write a letter to yourself and update the old you on the person you are today. The person you never thought you could become. Because if you don't give up, one day you're going to wonder when you got here, when you became so free. This song was perfect to write too. Thank you...!

I first found your music on the youtube channel HDsoundi, through their referencing of your music I was able to find your channel as well as your music on iTunes. I'm finding more and more composers on youtube, mainly through HDsoundi and the ThePrimeCronos, who showcase the incredible work of all the composers around.
