I tried that DFU mode to install the firmware but it always stuck on the loading screen and never finish the install. Do you any solution for that?
Try different computer or cord, be sure itunes and windows/mac is up to date, try and disable antivirus and try again, otherwise the device may need to be serviced if it still doesn't work.
make sure the cable is workin properly... i changed the cable with new original one and worked.

I did this before same problem but its settled, but im stuck at after you select the languange, region etc until when connect to wifi, its says that " Your iPad cloud could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your iPad to iTunes to activate it." I did try to connect and I dont have any idea to do until i go to a random phone store not Apple store. They said that the iPad needs to be reinstall a software. And the price pretty expensive here (Malaysia) and the iPad is Mini iPad. Do you have any solution for my problem?

If you have an iPhone 4S - iPhone X there is a bypass if you have Linux or MacOS (checkra1n) but it doesn't let you use iMessage, FaceTime or Cellular. If you want those features, well there's no way to bypass iCloud lock without the original owners info. If you have the receipt that came with the phone, you could alternatively contact Apple, show proof of purchase and have it removed

I had this thing pop up around in July of 2018 on my iPad Pro, I didn’t know what to do so I tried to shut it down and turn it back on. Things still there and I asked my cousin for help, he said that I have to reset my iPad and I didn’t have anything backed up. Rip all the memories are forever gone
