They’re proposing this in CA. Unfortunately it will cost a lot of tax dollars & if they aren’t appreciated/kept up, it’ll just turn into a dirty little home district. Like the tent cities. 😐
What I recently did was figure out a way to hook up an ac to my roof top tent. Instead of spending close to $800 for two night at a hotel, I spent $80 and that ac had my tent feeling amazing! And it was at a camp ground in the city so I wasn’t in no back woods either. Had some popcorn, watched movies on the iPad. It was just like staying in a hotel.
This is the first tiny house review that I've ever heard the reviewer say “you can't get your stroke right” with the limited bed space. This should be a required metric and test for all future tiny house reviews 😂

You would build it to your specifications. There are tiny homes where stairs can be built for storage, some have washers and dryers. You need to check out the different ones

A lot of us already living in tiny apartments so why not? Depending on the model I they have some that have steps instead of a latter. And some that have an actual room instead of a short sleeping space.
I've always said that big cities should use empty lots that are found all over for tiny homes for the homeless. Even if they're smaller than this one..it's better than having homeless people on the streets. Good vid!

I love that tiny house!!! I actually stayed in one myself for a weekend trial. I want to own a THOW (Tiny House On Wheels). They do come in different sizes and ceiling heights depending on what you're looking for. I plan on trying more and going to the Tiny House Convention that's in Atlanta, GA. What else you supposed to do in a bathroom? Almost knocked the shower door off the hinges, bust a hole in the ceiling, and almost couldn't get down from the loft. I was really over here DYING! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I live in a tiny house on wheels for 2 months to try it out. The loft was just like the one you tried. I hated the loft so I slept on a mattress on the main floor. Tiny home is not for everybody. I very much enjoyed your video. I always want to live a tiny home with wheels. The only way I would buy a tiny house is the bed couldn't be on the floor. It's too low for me, and uncomfortable for my back. So my tiny house would have to have a regular bedroom.

That's like saying the water is upside down. 🤣🤣🤣 I'm playing though. I know what he meant, it was just funny.
I've watched a lot of tiny home videos. It was good to see someone actually spend a night in a tiny home and discuss the pros and cons and the overall experience. Tiny homes come made to order so maybe this one was not for you, Corey, but you could get one made to your needs. Thanks for the video and the information. Definitely better than a hotel room.
I love seeing different types of tiny homes, so that drew me to this video. Your enthusiasm was fun to watch. Precious did a great job with that tiny house!
This tiny house is so cute! That loft definitely looks challenging. But if only for a couple days, it would definitely do!!! You sir, are hilarious 🤣 and very cute 😍!

Yeah, when I build my future tiny house, mine will have actual stairs to a stand up loft with a queen platform bed that has comforter storage underneath, a night stand, a dresser, a closet organizer (a clothes rack, a few shelves, and a shoe rack), and a small vanity. For the downstairs/ground floor, the living area will have a lounger couch/guest bed made out of wood pallets, a full size futon mattress for the seat cushion, and a twin futon mattress for the backrest, a wall mounted 40 inch flat screen tv, shelving for game systems, etc. a coffee table made out of a wooden crate/trunk for storage, and a walk-in storage closet for holiday decorations and whatnots. A full kitchen with apartment style appliances, such as a 20" electric stove & oven, 4 ft fridge, a pull out freezer chest, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, a deep single basin sink with a cutting board insert, an 18" dishwasher, a single unit washer/dryer combo, a floating collapsible ironing board, a few cabinets & drawers, wall magnets for knives, hanging hooks for pots & pans, and a small wooden dining table with 4 chairs. And for the bathroom, a regular bathroom except for a 2 person tub/shower combo, lots of shelf space, privacy windows toward the ceiling, a big frosted window for an emergency/fire exit, and have the ventilation fan connected to the light switch.
I have been looking at Tiny homes for some time now. Your video popped up on my UA-cam feed and when I saw it, and saw you, I had to look at it. You look SO MUCH like my beloved nephew ❤️. You even have some of the same personality traits. I enjoyed the video. We live in the country, and we bought 4 sheds and turned three into homes still working on them. The smallest shed home is our laundry room for now. We love it. Yes you do have to cut back. But it is doable. It is a lot cheaper than a mortgage. Another way to start being debt free.
I would love a tiny home!! I am practicing minimalism and I’ve even done car life! “Who gonna check on me🤨?” That’s probably one of my favorite parts in the video and when you was talking about “gettin’ it on” in the tiny bedroom😂‼️The tiny house seems cool, especially for minimalist.
Loved the critique and the setting up of realistic expectations for the long term. If definitely consider Ms. Price's tiny home l. It's beautiful. Please consider container home living as one of your next experiences.
I've always wanted to stay in a tiny home or an converted school bus and just travel. I've lived off grid for a while in Florida but I agree with you with being a content creator you need certain things.
I toured a tiny home community recently with model homes to do a test run. As a 5'9 sizeable lady, I wasn't going to be able to do it. My head was almost touching the ceiling in the bathroom and trying to use the loft stairs, I couldn't even stand up straight. Quickly realized that tiny home living was not feasible unless I built something custom.

This is actually dope af! Only thing is with me is that I love clothes and shoes so no closet, lol I wouldn’t be able to do it. I would like to see it tho
I have a tiny home 16x40 640sqft and myself, daughter (10), and husband live in it and I am a photographer. But I built it a floorplan to suit us all. That’s the part that counts. I also did van life with my daughter @renattalorrayne I show some of it! ❤️
If you're a single person, that house is a great size. If you're a couple (either empty nesters or couples without kids) you might want something a little bigger so you can have your own space if you need it. What most people don't know about conventional homes is that you end up paying for them TWICE! So, if you're first home is a tiny house that is yours outright and you're able to park it somewhere with minimal rent for the lot/hook-ups to utilities, you can save a lot of money. And the smaller your home, the less likely you are to spend money on things you don't have space for--non-essential items other than food/seasonal clothing. That money saved can go towards being able to afford nicer vacations. Another perk of a tiny house, it can go wherever your job takes you and you won't have to waste time or money trying to find a home or apartment in a new city. We're looking at tiny homes for when we retire. We don't want the hassle of a big home to clean or yard to take care of. We want to travel and not worry about where we'll board our pets, forwarding our mail or having someone to look in on our property when we leave. As long as you have food on the table, clothes on your back and a roof over your head, you're golden!
If i am correct the shell of this was originally bought from home depot. Suppose to be used as a outdoor storage. A lot of people are turning them into tiny homes. One i saw had a upstairs room and had built in stars that would be more realistic for someone who may want to live and is not about that ladder loft life. I would be interested in making one in the future for an airbnb in the back
There are all different types of tiny homes though somewhat stackable washers and dryers wood Interiors full bathtubs so there's a lot of options that's just one of them and even another bedroom or two so check that out before you completely make your decision whether you could do it or not and extra room for your equipment and stuff.
Thanks so much for reviewing the tiny house, Corey! And I appreciate you showing the stroke test 🤣 Folks need a real expectation LOL

I love my brothas enthusiasm. Puts a smile on my face.
I’ve seen a lot of people trying the Tiny Home living, it’s cute but yeaaa, I can’t see myself living in one! Love the video 🔥

No. You CAN do it. You just DON’T want to.😌
Thanks for that experience on the tiny home/bbb I'm glad I stumble across your blog. I've been watching Van Life ,living of the grid thank for giving me another way to look at tiny homes
“Who gonna check on me🤨?” That’s probably one of my favorite parts in the video and when you was talking about “gettin’ it on” in the tiny bedroom😂‼️The tiny house seems cool, especially for minimalist.
Lmaooo thanks fam!
Loved the critique and the setting up of realistic expectations for the long term. If definitely consider Ms. Price's tiny home l. It's beautiful. Please consider container home living as one of your next experiences.
Mom had me cracking up laughing 😂 lol 😂
Lol 😂 she’s a trip
I’m so comfortable listening to him just talk. Definitely a southern boy! Lol. I’m in Georgia. The tiny house living is really a thing here!
I've always wanted to stay in a tiny home or an converted school bus and just travel. I've lived off grid for a while in Florida but I agree with you with being a content creator you need certain things.
That would be dope for sure! I could do it for a month or two
Omg Sumter! I'm from Brittons Neck, SC!! I heard that country accent from your sister!! When she said " Up day!! Lol 😆
3:00 🤣😂😂 that always the thing I think of when I see couples w the loft bed w little to no overhead space 😭
😂😂
I toured a tiny home community recently with model homes to do a test run.
As a 5'9 sizeable lady, I wasn't going to be able to do it. My head was almost touching the ceiling in the bathroom and trying to use the loft stairs, I couldn't even stand up straight. Quickly realized that tiny home living was not feasible unless I built something custom.
The strokes can’t be interrupted 🤣🤣🤣🤣
BIG FACTS!!!
😂😂
Lol
Omg I knew it!! I thought of Precious right away when I seen the title! Congratulations Precious. So proud of you!
I could live in a ranch style tiny house very easily. I like windows

I’m dead because I knew you were going to say something about the bed to ceiling situation. “Can’t even get yo stroke on.”
😂😂😂😂
Tricked ours out in 2015 !!!! 12x20 cottage , full Bath & nice Gally Kitchen .
Murphy Bed w/Table. UNDER the bed DOWN , when bed up a Living room set up
They should add a rail up top, where the beds located, and upgrade those stairs, lol
I knew there was a good reason (other than great content) as to why I started following you. Another good brother from Sumter, SC! Lol…. Keep up the good work young man. I live in Atlanta as well and your take on the city is spot on.
This is actually dope af! Only thing is with me is that I love clothes and shoes so no closet, lol I wouldn’t be able to do it. I would like to see it tho
They REALLY do have closets. Like, I promise.☝🏿😌
I love the idea of a tiny house maybe if I bought 4 tiny houses and put them together I can actually live in one....Thanks for sharing...
Lmaooo
That’s where container homes come into play
Currently living out of my car and omg i am thrilled to see something like this.
Ahahahahahaha! The sleeping space is for sleeping so you have to enjoy the sexy times downstairs. 😂😂😂 I love this video so much…great job!
I have a tiny home 16x40 640sqft and myself, daughter (10), and husband live in it and I am a photographer. But I built it a floorplan to suit us all. That’s the part that counts. I also did van life with my daughter @renattalorrayne I show some of it! ❤️
That’s dope!!
Stroke is impossible lol you can’t even get on your knees 🤷🏽♂️ they were doing good until the bedroom area🤣
If i am correct the shell of this was originally bought from home depot. Suppose to be used as a outdoor storage. A lot of people are turning them into tiny homes. One i saw had a upstairs room and had built in stars that would be more realistic for someone who may want to live and is not about that ladder loft life. I would be interested in making one in the future for an airbnb in the back
He said, “They got the remote.” 😆
Back in the day, if you are from the Caribbean, a tiny home is life.
We don’t need the clutter that we carry around with a full-size house
There are all different types of tiny homes though somewhat stackable washers and dryers wood Interiors full bathtubs so there's a lot of options that's just one of them and even another bedroom or two so check that out before you completely make your decision whether you could do it or not and extra room for your equipment and stuff.
I definitely need to look for a house like this! “This is Nnnnnoooooceeeeeeeee!!!” 😍😍 but it’s the black ppl review for me😆😆
Lol had to keep it real 😂
