Where are the speakers? I have a minor vibration/rattling coming from the left side when playing music, which only sometimes happens during the right frequencies. Anyone know the most likely culprit? Like maybe one of wiring components of the fans rattling around?
Getting the little rubber stops off the middle screw points was a fucking nightmare. Took me like half an hour and it destroyed them. Also scratched up the holes quite a bit.
Thanks for this informative video. Question though, is removing the fan necessary to get the heatsink/vapor chamber off? Most ASUS laptops I could leave the fans in place, and I see here the cooler comes off with the fans still there, or do the fans have hooks that need to be lifted up to get the cooler out? Not a big deal but I'm all about not unscrewing tiny, easily stripped screws whenever possible.
Anybody have any luck fixing issues with the sensors in the middle of the touchpad not working properly? I love my laptop, but it has become strictly a desktop replacement because it is miserable using the touchpad on the thing.
Unless you add on external drive which is fine if you use it for larger less played games or less used programs. Then you can plug and play those programs/games
it may can but it's not recommended because Modern notebooks are designed to be used with battery when they need more juice then the power supply can provide then the battery comes in handy, if u worry about battery health u can lock it to 80% or how much u want with a non asus software
I am sufferuing after buying this piece of crap! 1. No ethernet port! 2. Soldered RAM (This is NO 250$ notebook!) 3. Bluetooth is not useable once you use any of the right side USB-ports! Which makes only ONE USB-port useable!
1. It's slim, what do you want lmao 2. Soldered RAM = faster RAM, wait until those super small RAM thingie become mainstream in the next 10 years 3. The wifi card is also a bluetooth card, if your Mediatek having issue, get an AX210
@@amelia20fe 'Slim ' is like the very least relevant parameter of a notebook since at least 10 years, because no single notebook has been *too fat* ever since. A notebook slimmer and lighter than really needed is paying this not-advantage by sacrificing ports, battery runtime, repairability, upgradability and general robustness. Soldered RAM = RAM defective, throw notebook away *and* dcecreased upgradability. Not even the slightest advantage there, but *huge* disadvantages. The two rectangles u see next to the battery, that should be the speakers

20h of web browsing? dream on
Thanks!
So the 512 GB SSD that mine came with is as much as I can get, unless I change the drive completely?

I have a 4Tb SSD you just have to buy it and install like they show here
thanks a lot
Can the battery be removed and used without it directly connected to electricity?

I did that, and now my computer is not turning on, do I need to apply a paste?
same thing just happedned to me. did you figure it out how to fix it?
edit: nvm i guess it was the new ram. needs a few seconds to get used to it.
i knew, if you disconnect the battery, you can fry the board, happened to lot of people
Is the left LED connector for the Anime Matrix?
great video agaın 👍
Hey great video! My CPU fan is dead and I'm thinking to replace it, in order to do this is removing the vapor chamber necessary?
hes to ''famous'' to reply
Help! I need to know what thickness for the thermal pads I can use on the zephyrus g16 model
do you have to re-apply that liquid metal and thermal paste after ur tear it down?
Do you know the location of BIOS on this model ?
thank you!! very cool video. i was thinking about putting liquid metal on the GPU but it's all copper so i think that's out.
Liquid Metal is made for copper. You cannot apply it to aluminum
@@arckie thanks, you're so right.
My factory Case had cool designs on it and had a sticker over the screw so I forgot one and ended up ripping it out of my motherboard
спасибо
классная у них испарительная камера придумана, первый раз такое вижу
