Also, it’s important to note that you can take pictures of anything you can see in public (in the USA). A lot of Americans falsely believe that you need permission to take a picture in public. How else would the paparazzi get their photos? Still, like you said, be respectful.

Very late with this but just starting out with a humble normal iPhone 11 for photos. I’m finding if using burst photo mode the camera will not alter focusing so, as in your ladies on the stairs, this would not be effective. Is there a setting I’m missing here?
@@iPhone_Photography_School thank you. I thought I would be better off using camera+ with its tracking but I prefer the normal camera app. I’ll have a play with it. Something tells me not having a 2x lens will be an Achilles heel for me though.
I disagree with the first shot with the woman walking up the stairs. One thing my teachers have always taught me is to ensure ‘things’ like door frames don’t appear to be coming out of heads. Second shot is great. The rest of this vlog is great. Thank you for awesome iPhone photography lessons. Cheers from Canader eh!

I’ve always thought this iPhone pimp’s vibe def a bit ‘off’ BUT hey Bro is a Master of his Craft for us ALL (hey Steve Jobs def not a fun hang out guy either!) and LUV how the vid quality edits for us have been continuing to get more and More Amazing!!
At 7:25 I dislike the way this photo turned out - the subject, the woman, is blurry when I would have liked her to be sharp and in focus - even if I had chosen to make the background glass slightly soft. Also, I would have had to be able to control the shutter speed and made it much higher in order to achieve the sharpness I would have desired. You are only pointing up the limitations of the iPhone in this instance.
Thanks for your concern. Emil is doing great! He is still part of the iPhone Photography School. He is now directing the courses behind the scenes. We are incorporating more instructors to expand our content and provide you with expert advice for different photography genres.

You won't need to worry about focus when your moving subjects are at a distance. The iPhone will automatically focus on the subject for you.

Yes, basic rule of photography. The second shot is better as the woman is framed by the door way. Otherwise, a good tutorial on the whole.
Nice one 💚👌🏻
Love it. Thx will try with my 13Pro Max ..me beginner only.
Have fun! I hope you get great results!
Is there a right way of holding the Iphone? I notice you hold it on your left hand and the two fingers of the right overlap the left hand.

Right handed. :)
Is he using 11 pro/max
I am pretty sure it is. His third lens is 2.0. I have the 12 Pro Max and it is 2.5.
I just checked out a video from last year with Emil mentioning his phone is an 11 pro max.
@@bradzaruba9686 oh yeah thanks man. I also forgot about the 2.5x
