Have a question - I have 8/3 NM feeding a stove and had two pieces that would provide the 50’ I need. Since this requires a splice, used a metal 4x4 deep box, blue terminals, and a metal cover. The box fill was appropriate - what size EGC wire do I need to bond the box since this is only fault current? The South Wire 8/3 NM has a 10 awg grounding conductor in the jacket.

Hi. I have a question. I am going to trench and run PVC conduit from main panel to shed 100ft far away, and I use 120V, 20A, 10 awg. Which column 4 or 3 on table 300.5 can I use? Which trenching depth can I use, 12 in or 18 in, sir?

Hey Coach, in regards to one of the last tables in the Annex you went over - what if I was to pull/run two different wire size conductors in the same size EMT raceway…? How would I know how many of each the NEC will permit?

Great question!! You would use Chapter Nine Table 4 for 2 wires and its odd because it is less than 1 only 31% lol

ah, the daily commercial struggle: bad camera angles and that flash spot when trying to snap a pic of those blueprints...
