This was fun to watch. Personally I like using Rugal mode when I’m playing against people that are new to fighters. For clarification Rugal mode is using only normals until you loose a round, then you use the full move set.
Fun video and content as usual! I just wanna say thanks too cause I just started tuning in to SF6 and fighting games (MK, Tekken, etc.) in general last EVO, and your videos have helped a lot in my understanding of the games. I also attended the recent REV major as my first FGC event too and it was solid. Even though I don't have the funds to buy and play fighting games and controller/s your content has helped me immensely in understanding the technical stuffs and enjoying fgc games even only as a spectator sport. I didn't expect I'd enjoy being part of the FGC community this much as a spectator, as much as I do with my other main esports games before (MOBAs, FPS)!
Justin's gotta make that prank video someday. Where a random person busts out that stick and challenged pros at EVO while Justin is sitting away with a wireless controller _actually_ playing and whooping some a s s. They would be so baffled. It would be so funny 😂
Ah yes, Justin. the True Master Challenge. This is something you should remember from CTF times. "If you are a true master you should be able to beat anyone with one button!" A lot of that was because of broken buttons and sticks on abused arcade machines. But we used to do that. Glad to see you doing it today and showing a new generation how badass we are.
On a local SFV tournament last year a guy in his first match deselected all of his buttons except HP and 3K without check and then proceeded to play Laura and realized it in 15 seconds. The best part? He won the first game (:
Most people underestimate the meaning of the word "Professional". The hours and dedication they pour in to master their crafts are just on a different level than a common amateur or enthusiasts. What a great display Sir.
Reminds me of the original street fighter 30 something years ago which just had two buttons for punch and kick. if you push it strong it can measure a pressure and becomes a heavy punch something like that. but probably because of this analog mechanism, kick button didn't work when I played it. also as a kid it was pretty difficult to do a heavy punch so every my punch turned a light one. good old memory.
When I was a kid I used to play street fighter 2 turbo and my best was beating the game on full turbo, 8 star difficulty only losing 1 round in total to M. Bison at the very end. The caveat is that I only played using heavy attacks. I NEVER used light or medium, I just didn't see the nuance that is possible with those. That said, I can surprise people sometimes with my all out assault using heavy attacks but I have since tried to implement light attacks much more consistently
The explanations is why I started watching Sajam's Road to Masters, since I get to actually learn stuff from watching because he explains what's plus, minus, real, why he did certain things, etc, and he also asks questions since he's still learning how to play the characters. Very useful for knowing how to play and play against.
Hey Justin! I have watched most of your channel and it seems this is your one of the most satisfied moment 😂, you laughed a lot! Also, really admire those who have chance to fight with you, why don’t any of my cousin be a fighting game youtuber 😢
To "defend" the other players a bit, it's more about people not realizing the other player is using just one button than actually being bad at the game (if that makes any sense). Like how a player will only use a single combo and you keep getting hit for the first round (or even match) because in a sense you refuse to accept that that's his only game plan.
I mean, sure that's true ... to an extent. Just remember that the first rule of fighting game is: if your opponent gets hit by something, just keep doing it until they either adapt or lose.
since grab requires two buttons idk can they not just hold parry any time Justin presses? I guess not when he is playing Gief... but yeah idk it should be very hard to get opened this way
I want a controller with one button but that button randomly selects a single input each time. I might get h.p or l.k. you never know. You just have to pray.
Yo, the thumbnail got me thinking...what if that one button was random? In fact, what if there was 2 random buttons? It would be hella entertaining to watch a person play online matches with a controller that had only 2 buttons and each of those buttons were programmed to randomly activate 1 of the 6 buttons.
Toss that idea to a let's player. The reason this was so entertaining is because Justin Wong could leverage his experience. The enjoyment was witnessing his gamesense shine through the handicap. But if we're just throwing in rng for shenanigans, than we can toss that to anyone. We'll just be watching someone fail without any means to do anything about it.
11:07 i mean these dudes basically got the same name. I'm pretty sure the last name is the character for King in mandarin. Justin Wang, meet the cooler Justin 王 xD
Ey, Justin, so you know that Broski in SFV made it to diamond with Dhalsim using one button, right? And it's known that you are always looking for challenges, right? Well... We are waiting.
I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 buttons once, but I fear the man who has practiced 1 button 10,000 times.
I don't remember well but it should be either Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan
@@retrostart8681 it's Bruce 😉
@@solodolo9450 Ok 👌
One trick pony's eventually get owned though.....

Going to start calling me being bad at new games my “Rugal Era”

Imagine someone legitimately using that one button stick from the thumbnail! 😂😂
Justin's gotta make that prank video someday. Where a random person busts out that stick and challenged pros at EVO while Justin is sitting away with a wireless controller _actually_ playing and whooping some a s s. They would be so baffled. It would be so funny 😂
thats actually what you do with dynamic control in 1v1 offline
This is the FG equivalent of AVGN's Beat-a-game button
@@barry-allenthe-flash8396thats actually a sick idea tho😂
For real, though, I’d love to make a 1-button stick 😂
R.I.P. Justin Wang. His trolling on Blanka will not be forgotten.
Next opponent is Justin Wrong!
I wish I had 1/6th his skill. The fact he is better than most people while only using 1 of 6(roughly) buttons is crazy.
The secret to being this good is simple: thousands and thousands of hours of practice

I kind of have to admire J.Wong's dedication to finding new ways to be evil.🤣
8:55 reviving the classic. Loved it, thanks.
That Rock Lee edit had me dying man 😂😂😂😂🎉

Thanks for the games Justin! That was an awesome experience! I was milnayr
This with Honda wouldn't feel much different anyway 😂
Justin really went "You Made me use all the buttons"
So fun! I really enjoyed watching you talk through the match with someone. More of this!
This was bloody brilliant!
J Wong really like the crazy challenges and today is the 1 button challenge.
I hope he does a blindfold challenge next with the assist options turned on
This is what I wanted to see players do but never had the nerve to ask 😂
THE RETURN OF ONE BUTTON GOUKEN
Awesome video❤ made me have a new perspective in my own fighting game journey, I think I can finally have fun
7:08 is absolutely ridiculous 🤣😂🤣😂😂🤣😂 #JustaGoingForARide lol
Really fun to watch and also kinda informative.
That was more entertaining than actual SF6 matches. Sometimes I just love watching you play
A step up from the old one-button Gouken 😁
5:42 "oh ooh aah ah ehh.." ok. xD
Most people underestimate the meaning of the word "Professional". The hours and dedication they pour in to master their crafts are just on a different level than a common amateur or enthusiasts. What a great display Sir.
But he's not just a professional, he's Justin Wong. He's a legend among the best.
I couldn't laugh any more! Thanks for this both impressive and fun video.
ahahahh I watched this part within Kev's Video!
It was Hilarious!

justin go and get yourself an one button arcade! please ! that is content !
Ok but the dude who asked for Justin to go easy on him actually got what he wanted
Lmao the Rock Lee clip

hey now you're explaining things more. That's dope. I tried playing 1 button challenge in modern. I won a lot using only the special button. lol nah.

This is one of the funniest SF videos ever lol

my boiii gotta chill with what was said here cuz ayo 6:15 - 6:17🤣🤣😂😂
Justin you cold as ice
jp apparently now stands for just punched
Just like how Onepunchman plays the game. He uses only one button vs King. Or it's King using one button right now huh
Man, im just remembering your 1-button gouken on Excellent Adventures with gootecks and mike ross
since grab requires two buttons idk can they not just hold parry any time Justin presses? I guess not when he is playing Gief... but yeah idk it should be very hard to get opened this way
Part of the gimmick was that the opponents don't know he's only using one button unless they figure it out in the match.
10:26 what did i just watch😂😂😂🤣1 button Justin will Cook me no cap
God bless y'all God loves y'all ❤
Verse of the day
John 14: 27
I admit I didn’t know there was a rookie rank, let alone rookie 2 😭😂
You have to select you have never played fighting games to start in it, you can't lose points only win. Its pretty fun haha
this is straight up trolling lmao..
new SF6 tech, one button gameplan = no burn out = win lol
That thumbnail tho 😂😂
I want a controller with one button but that button randomly selects a single input each time. I might get h.p or l.k. you never know. You just have to pray.
how are you executing your super and melee combos with only 1 button?
They only require one button
Aww this reminds me of the one button poison from sfv
Justin captures feral low levels to torture them for content
How does he play Master against Rookies, Bronzes, etc ? In Battle Hub ?
Foxygrampa has beaten whiny scrubs with one move. They get so mad.
Justin is master troll 😂
My god first it was the one button Gouken back in the sf4 days and now it’s one button against every rank LOL. These poor players
Aint no way😂
I guess I have to do this next time I play.
this is a hint that Gouken is coming back to SF6.
Feel the fear
That was FUNNY
I assume Honda wasn’t played because this challenge would be too easy with Honda
Hey Justin! Can you beat the arcade mode on the hardest cpu level with one credit? Just a sugestion for a future video
Ok hear me out , someone use this remote on ltg and dsp but don't tell them anything lol
LOL, that's embarrassing, but I sympathize.

i will learn from this and try to do the same with 4 buttons 😅😂
There's no way
A.K.I would prolly be good for this
men plat, diamond, and master was trash xD
A deux means 2 people its adieux means goodbye
Please do this challenge with mk because this just shows the gap casual players have to cross to be great.....ps you can use the block button too.
Im disapointed you drop that chellenge against that bro after u lose man..
You shouldve stick to it even when you are losing smh
Meanwhile i just fucking hit silver with ken
