Euclid's Elements Book 1: Proposition 34, Parallelograms

  • This is the thirty fourth proposition in Euclid's first book of The Elements. This proof shows that within a parallelogram, opposite angles and opposite dies are equal to one another. Also, the diameter cuts the area of the parallelogram into two equal parts.
