The magnet needs to be replaced in the ringmaster head. It has to be strong to catch and hold that ball on his head. If some of the leaf switches aren't calibrated just right, it can't find the ball so it will ramp kick out from the high wire or juggler. It isn't a big deal but it is neat when all 3 are caught in the highwire and then the cat throws the switch. This game is a menagerie of electrical goodness!
Just Imagine Both the magnet and the switches on this game are fine. There is a setting in the menu for the possibility of a quick release of the ball from the Ringmaster head. And another one for balls locked on the highwire to be released immediately after a lock. Both are switched -on- on this game. :)
Oh, I didn't realize that. I SORELY miss my machine. I had to sell mine to make mortgage payments when I lost my job. It has almost everything. The LED Color DMD was the last thing I added. Sold it for 9k but now they are going for 10 to 11k. Sigh. Thanks for sharing!
does the blue ball detect score or anything anything? If it does, I’ve Been curious about how it would.
It doesn't. It's just in the way of the target behind it you want to hit with the steel ball.

The ball falls directly off the ringmaster and the balls don't stack up in the high wire ramp...is that because it is in a tournament mode? I haven't ever played mine in that mode, and I wasn't sure of the differences. What was the final score?

It is possible in the home rom (v2.0h) to skip animations like the Ringmaster. It's also an option in this software version to release balls locked on the Highwire. Both are selectable in the menu.
As you might have noticed, the skill shot is also slightly different. It gives a selectable award at the start of each ball instead of just points, kind of like STtNG.
The final score was 126.948.420.
