    Hey, great overview video. The part that is missing for me is the history. Where can you see the history of the activities for a client? That is a very key thing for CRM.

    This is an overview of Monday CRM features, not necessarily a ‘how to create a CRM process, or funnel’ which is what I was looking for.

    Is there an option to use any of the paid options as a single user paying $8/mo ? Or do they force you to choose a minimum of 3 people?

      Yes you can. You do not need the required number of user to use the premium plans.

    Are you able in to intergrate information from another CRM if we want to transfer over?

      Yes there are a few ways you can do this. Through an integration or upload a file like csv file.

    Good content (so far...i'm about 10 minutes in). This is a gentle criticism, but its something I always find baffling about so much of this kind of overview content on UA-cam...
    Why is it that overviews like this feel the need to trudge thru a very basic sign up process? If someone is watching this video, odds are *very high* that they're not going to need a signup & price process explained so...carefully. I'm here, for example, to get a basic understanding of Monday.com's CRM features. *I don't need to have 'how to sign up' explained to me, man.* Anybody who *needs* a basic sign up process explained is going to have bigger issues than learning how to use CRM, amirite?
    Again, I hope you take this in the spirit its intended...the video's great info. But after going through a few similar videos its like, geez...just kind of get to it, you know? Time is money, money is power, power is pizza, etc.. : ) Your stuff is great, this is just a momentary rant.

      Have you seen our updated video? Reason being is because the sign up allows us to explain certain elements before actually using the platform. This makes for a cleaner understanding when diving onto the demo.
