- I travel by ferry and plane from Port of Spain, Trinidad to Tobago Island for a day trip! Tobago is the smaller and lesser known island of Trinidad & Tobago, but the island is nothing like Trinidad! Tobago has a unique culture, history, and geography that feels like visiting an entirely new country. I used the ferry to travel to Tobago in the morning and I flew on an airplane back at night.

englishmans bay is beautiful but it isnt a safe place to have a dip as there is a very sudden drop not too far from the shoreline it becomes very deep. that explains why it looks abandoned and not developed. however it does look beautiful when approaching the beach from the mountain drive.
