@@akaalexanderking It's funny that you mentioned drums, because Miho the Bassist is also a drummer. They're all (as far as I know) multi-instrumentalists. It would be interesting to see them swap roles, purely as an exercise.
Absolutely, I love when that happens. But they are probably perfectionists, so they wouldn't swap during a concert unless 100% sure to pull it off
I love your analysis of this song! One thing I want to mention about Lovebites and their live performances. If you watch some of their earlier performances, there are quite a few dead notes in their guitar solos, so at least we can confirm they are human :) That said, they are VERY well practiced and have improved so much that they really are near perfect when performing live, as you've seen. Seeing these ladies evolve and improve over these last few years has made me so proud. Very rare to find a band where you can put on their discography and never feel the need to press skip. I'm excited to see your Lovebites journey!

I may have posted this before but this song really drives it home: Imagine, somewhere in the galaxy, a race of benevolent beings who watch over us. They see our world falling into evil and chaos, and so, to help us, they create a team of superheroes and send them to Earth to save us. These heroes are disguised as beautiful young women dressed in white, and instead of using violence or force, they use music to battle the darkness. That is this band, and no description you’ve ever heard could prepare you for the real thing.

Hey! this song was so good! a little bit different, it felt very epic, very uplifting and like you said almost like going to battle in an action movie.

Another thing i really enjoyed was the video, beautiful shots all around and the girls looked gorgeous as usual! That Dean V Miyako is playing is her new (and first) signature guitar.
Haruna really is a machine on those drums, and Miho goes by unnoticed but they really are a super solid foundation for those guitars and vocals to shine bright. And this band is just getting started!

Yes, I concur with the suggestion of Asterism they are phenomenal Hal-Ca the guitarist is a prodigy she can slay anyone out there in a guitar battle. My three favorite are Miyako, Midori, and Hal-ca no other is better than these three, end of discussion

Listening to these five never gets old. While a lot of their songs fit into the power metal genre nicely, you still never know what they're going to do. Incredible band.
As far as a recommendation goes, I'm going to recommend another fantastic cover from Unlucky Morpheus' sub-unit, QUADRATUM. This time it's a cover of "Scarified" by Racer X.

And I'll recommend another Japanese metal band that has been around for over thirty years but is just recently beginning to gain traction outside of Japan. They're a trio who have different looks, but they're heavy, they sound good live, and from what I can tell, they're good guys who deserve the support. The song is "Heartless Scat," and the band is called Ningen Isu.

@@akaalexanderking Yes, it is her guitar skills that truly inspire me to practice, practice, practice! and now her skills and inspiration in composition show us what a 'reservoir' of talent they have to 'draw from' in future...
Previously, her only writing contribution I was aware of is a drastically different Metal genre "Dancing With The Devil" (A significantly different theme as well, I would venture to say, although I see/hear no overt religious implications in either, or any LOVEBITES songs). The "Five of a Kind" recording of "Dancing..." has been taken down, with only several 'reactions' to it still on u2b and the CD audio from their channel is 'u2b premium membership required'. It is a much, much slower Hard Rock song, very unique in their catalog.
Sounds like something I'd enjoy though, I'll definitely check that out. Thanks!

You know, the saddest part is the band presence and viewers of Lovebites videos still far from other artists such as One Ok Rock, Babymetal, Band Maid.
I hope their promotion team is more aggressive and more record labels (sony, roadrunner, napalm record, etc)

They are truly beyond measure of talent and have taken it way beyond any other can fathom. Great reaction and the song brings an uplifting feeling. Asami's vocals are always great, her upper range is always surprising and bring a sense of tension and release. The venue for the video has been used by other bands, specifically Galneryus - Angle Of Salvation - ua-cam.com/video/nsi9HEmZl9Y/v-deo.html - another neo classic power metal band that's been around since 2001 with one of Japanese's best guitarist Syu. You might like this band also, especially for the guitarist. But this video has a tendency to be blocked, so the live performance is actually better for a reaction, but it's a bit long but ell worth the time - ua-cam.com/video/uo10HFEfRo4/v-deo.html

Hands down one of the best guitarists in metal history, his work with Megadeth is phenomenal
I'm loving your Lovebites journey. I am not as big as a fan of all this 90s/00s dragonforcy power metal sound as I am of them when they play more eighty sounding stuff, but I also like it. This song is a big crescendo of awesomeness.
You should also check Babymetal, they are the spearhead of all this japanese girl metal and rock music and I am surprised you still have not done any reaction. Try Akatsuki at Black Night.
