I've lost 30+ lbs and man says nothing but uh huh first time seen in Jeans, girlfriends say nothing when you say I've lost 30+ lbs and one says I see 2 others nothing. I loss for me to feel better in clothes my Dr asked me to try few changes in June 2023. I went today to Dr she was Smiling at me Happy that I'm doing much better 🙏🏽 You have to do for yourself not expecting anyone to acknowledge maybe because internally they would like to be in similar look.
