Mr.Hegarty, in case 3, shouldn't it be 4x².3y².d/dx .....
you missed out the 3 from the power of y (chain rule y³ = 3.(y²).dy/dx )

For example 2, if you just multiply the whole equation by y^2 to eliminate the fraction it makes it much much simpler and quicker to answer.
It's then less likely that mistakes will be made and it doesnt take 5 and half minutes either
