I think the Patroits have a better chance at winning a Superbowl against the Rams since Payton and Brees' Saints have always seemed to get the better of the Pats in primetime games. Although it would be symbolic if Brady wins his last Superbowl against the Rams, like coming full circle.
I feel bad for us, the fans. Brees vs Brady would have been great. I’m not a Saints or Rams fan, but Saints should have won that game. The only way I would want to see Tom Brady in the Super Bowl again would have been against Brees. I believe Tom is the best ever period, however I’m bored with Patriots Super Bowls.
Brady vs Brees would’ve been a masterpiece of a Super Bowl no doubt about it but the NFL wanted the Rams and it turned out to be one of the most boring Super Bowls of all time. Once again NFL wants to cheat their fans
even as a Pats fan, that would've been legendary. Those two QB's are so similar in every way, would've been epic. Alas, I'm happy we won and beat that joker Jared Goff.
Rare moment when everyone on the panel is making a good point. -Stephen A is right to say the league is culpable for not allowing review with all the tech they have. -Max is right to say there is always give and take in officiating. -Damien is right that its inexcusable, unfair to the players. They had one job and blew it. Personally, I think officials should be removed from the field and placed in the booth. Have someone on the field to spot the ball, and that's it. The booth will provide a couple officials with a bird's eye view, replays, and multiple camera angles that are readily available and in real-time. They can signal a penalty or call for a review from there. The broadcasters and fans sitting at home have a better view of the game than the refs do. There is no reason for that.
Aaron vapes They are already overseers. That’s literally what officiating is, but their process is archaic and inefficient. What’s unhealthy for the game is watching these errors happen but doing nothing about it. Current tech makes it easier, not more complicated. No microanalysis required. All you’re doing is changing their field of view. Like a coordinator going from field to booth. The challenge system can remain the same.
Danny G That is precisely what I went on a tangent about. I agree with you wholeheartedly, With one exception ... I say have 9, 11, or 13 paid officials in their own sound proof booth. With the ODD NUMBER you HAVE to have a CONCENSUS on each and every infraction.
shigsho The point is there shouldn’t have been an OT to begin with. The refs gave the rams a chance by giving them another quarter to win the ball game. You make that call and there is no OT
Alexis Gonzalez we are pissed we already want something done about it but in a league run only by the most corrupt people on God’s green earth and zero regard for playing ability and more emphasis on marketablility all that can be said is this something in NFL can be done about it but the man that can do something about it does not want to do anything about it because of the trite “ Fuck New Orleans; California is more important” homily and agenda.
So......all saints fans should just ignore the fact the refs missed the face mask call on goff that would have been 1st and goal on the one? It's ok for the saints to benefit from one no call and say nothing but get the short end on another no call and nonstop bitch about it?
@@mdalready1 we would have been in scoring range and it would have ended 27 to 24 even if the face mask was called u ignorant fuck. Pay attention to what was said. You're what's wrong and why shit like this will continue to happen. I hope to god it happens to your team next. But hell I wouldn't be surprised if your team is the rams
Christian Albert the rams would have been in scoring range you ignorant fuck! you also got away with 3 delay of game penalties. you have no room to talk. i’m glad the saints got fucked over like this. you never deserved to be in this spot.
I agree and it's that alone that truly opened my eyes that it's fixed. Seriously. Even if it wasn't my team, I'd look at that and say, 'It's just not possible to miss that.' Which means the fix is in. Sad, b/c I've watched for 35 years.
Yes, it had the chance to be reviewed and the result was that it was the 'tuck rule'. I agree that this was a horrendous call too. But, in this case, it was blatant and wasn't even reviewed. I mean, the ref could have thrown the flag, spoke with the other refs and picked up if not a flag. But, the flag was not even thrown. Regarding the tuck rule, I agree it was a horrendous call that I would never be over.
I will agree the referee did a lousy job but had the other penalties been called that should have been called for the Rams that last possession for the saints might not even mattered because on one of those penalties the face mask touchdown and then all the holding on Aaron Donald the saint of the ball eventually felodipine left points for the saints and more points for the Rams I'm not trying to make excuses or anything for the Rams even though yes that is my team but throughout the whole game The saint violating the Rams with penalties not getting called. So in reality like one of the other Polo read things that sings the balance themselves out and besides if the saints were really a better team they would have made the touchdown is scored in overtime but they blew it the Patriots game was almost the same way but the Patriots had the ball at the end in overtime and they got it done when it comes down to it both teams that are in the super bowl are the teams that should be there
I’m still pissed of. Brees vs Brady would of been a bad ass historic Super Bowl to remember two 40 year old QB’s playing. Yes we all know if Brady would of won it would give him his 6th ring. If Drew Brees would of gone to the SuperBowl &won his 2nd ring it would been memorable. The reason being that he would had won against two good QB’s..Tom Brady & Peyton Manning. Ahh what could have been.
100% Stephen A. That call wasn’t missed, it was IGNORED plain and simple. 2 refs were literally staring down the 2 players from 2 different angles from less than 4 yards away......you would be an idiot to think that the call was just missed. There’s no excuse for it and I’m done with this shitty league until made or missed penalties can either be challenged or reviewed. I don’t care who is on the field missed calls like that cannot happen. (“But the Rams still won in OT!”) Yeah there shouldn’t have even been an OT that’s the point. Everyone in the country including the NFL as they have already admitted knows it was probably the worst missed call all year, except for the Rams fans.....In the end the Saints lost to the refs not the Rams and thats a shitty way to let a game end period....
Shawn Kemp are we talking about the same pass?? Because I’m talking about the one with 1:45 left in the 4th when your boy leveled out Lewis way before the ball was there and led with his helmet......the one EVERYONE and their mom saw that was P.I. and helmet to helmet....

@@micahturner6239 That's not helmet to helmet. They don't call that brush helmet to helmet anymore. Thankfully. The pass was bad and thrown more in the direction of the defender and not to the WR. Am I right about that one fact. He threw it more to the defender. It was a wheel route by the RB and was meant to be catched back to the middle of the field and away from the sideline. That's the only real fact that is needed. 2 years ago the NFL said they will stop calling PI when a QB purposely throws at the defender to get his WR and defender to hit each other and collide. Brees made that happen. They aren't giving that call for the last 2 years.
Rams won that game. Missed call sure ok. It happened. Rams kicked a 57 yard field goal!!! Lol down the middle after being iced lolol. Ouch. Saints blew it. Should of ran the ball instead of passing it.
And it didn't end u moron!!! They still got there field goal. They could of stopped RAMS twice. And saints still had ball in overtime lololololol. And threw a int
Yeah I watched the game at work and he was clearly hit. I figured in OT Drew Brees wpuld take over but thibgs dont always go your way. Falcons lost 2013 NFCCG almost the same way.
You mean when the nfl give him this ring foh no hater bro Tom is one of greatest but nobody is that great without a lot of help from behind the scene fam too much money involved
Mrberry11 Gaming The non PI call was game changing (possibly game deciding), but you’re right. Their were so many missed calls throughout the game. Other than the non PI one, the non facemask that would’ve given the Rams a 1st and goal on the 1 to potentially score the game winning TD.
They also missed the blow to Brees's head on the interception in overtime. Unlike Brady's phantom roughing call, a forearm to the helmet actually fits the rule for roughing the passer and has been called all year long. The ball wasn't tipped on that play either, so the defender holding Thomas right before the interception to prevent him from locating the ball, also committed pass interference. Everyone has known for a long time that NFL officiating is a joke. There were 4 or 5 noncalls on both sides in the last 10 minutes of that game alone. There are blatant bad calls and noncalls that are obvious in real time in every game I've watched this season. There are always complaints by fans of any losing team every week, but get something that obvious on national TV when there are only two games for the media to focus on and there's going to be a lot more attention on it than normal.
Not really a 'joke' it's just scripted and rigged to benefit the league and their policy of revenue sharing. They desperately need to expand the LA market.
Mr Smarty-pants I agree but u know it will never happen. They will never change the rules to second guess the refs. Because using the refs is the only way they can influence the game to be steered towards the outcome they want. And u know what they want this yr. Tom Brady winning another SB. Saints would have had a better chance of beating NE plus with the Rams in the SB it generates more interest and $ for them in LA. I wouldn't b surprised if Brady, Belicheck and Gronk all retire after winning it this yr. I also believe they wanted NE to win it last yr but my Eagles stole it from them. Look at the Roughing call on Brady last night on 3rd n 10 in OT. Chiefs should've won that game. Should be NO vs KC in the SB but they don't want that. They want their Golden Boy Brady winning again. I've never been a "NFL is fixed" guy but after the last few yrs, it's starting to become blatantly obvious.
@@chrisriess5639 Rules don't need to be changed in terms of reviewing calls/no calls because it will get overused essentially as a free timeout. I think the only solution is to hold higher accountability and standards towards refs. NFL refs make more than the average college educated middle class worker. They should be fined, suspended or face employment termination for making clear/blantant mistakes (if this already isn't being done). And there should be higher requirements/qualifications for one to become an NFL ref or maintain the status of one. We see some old dudes officiating games. Can we really trust that they have clear sight or their brains are working at an adequate level? Lol.
Serve 3000 the rams started off in LA moved to Anaheim in the 80s moved to ST Louis in the mid 90s that’s how he’s a rams fan in LA but the saints could’ve still won it in overtime and this would’ve been a mute point but hey those are the breaks
@@-_--_--- serve 3000 is awesome. Ypu must be a new fan of the NFL. Don't worry. You're. learning now. The Rams used to plqy at the colosseum and yes, they were an L.A. team. Haha. I agree with @ken kaneki in regards to the OT comment. Go Rams!
DragonSlayerJDB as a falcons fan, saints have always shot down the multiple missed calls in super bowl 51 favoring pats to let them come back, not to mention that the final touchdown by James White wasn’t even a touchdown because his knee was down before he crossed the plane,(clear video evidence) so I don’t feel bad for the saints or sympathize when they call nfl rigged because they were saying the opposite after that horrendous game. Truth is that nfl just wants pats to win another super bowl and the saints had the best chance to beat the pats, so they had to be taken out. Now Brady is gonna waltz in and get another undeserved ring. I mean did anyone see that “roughing the passer” when the chiefs literally only hit his shoulder? But when the pats did the same thing before on mahomes it wasn’t called. Anyways, when Brady wins the super bowl hopefully he retires so the nfl can stop dick riding them

Also no one ever said its rigged the refs are human they make mistakes just stop with your mess and hope your team wins 2 weeks from now
ELEVATOR OF HELL The Saints have a larger fan base and Brees vs Brady would’ve been more marketable than Goff vs Brady. Just because a team from LA won (controversial or not) doesn’t mean the NFL is rigged. If it was, the league wouldn’t have left LA in the first place.
@Hillary Got screwed Hitlery lost because she didn't campaign good enough. Election rigged....good one!! @@sdfjnslsdfdsf2684 Nah chief you're about to see the rams get blown out by the Pats. Like Stephen and Max said if both penalties were called each team probably would have scored and the saints would have won. The Saints were a better team and would have played the Pats better
Blaze up Shawn Kemp look guys the NFL doesnt claim not to be rigged. They know sports are sports and nothing more. It’s ENTERTAINMENT just like WWE. The game is far more entertaining because of the pass interference call. Just like back in 2009 Vikings saints the Vikings should of won but they made bad calls to make it more entertaining. Sports aren’t that serious don’t get too attached to a sports team it’s a pretty dumb habit.
Follow the $$$. If you don’t think the NFL(National Fixed League) is fixed, you need your head examined. For some reason the Rams were picked to go to the Super Bowl and the refs were given control of the game to make sure it happened.
There might be some truth in your post. I remember the Seahawk Steelers SB . It sure looked like the Refs did everything they could to help the Steelers win.
Just like the refs gave brees and the saints the game vs the steelers with 2 bogus pass interference calls. The last one on 4th down would have ended the game.
This has got to be the biggest ref mistake ever in the NFL. The chief ref even admitted that they blew the call. The NFL needs to do something about this.
DNYCE dnyce and they actually can! It’s in the rule book, rule 17 section 2 article 3, they can reschedule this game at the point after the foul occurred!
Let’s not forget about that pathetic roughing the passer call on the chiefs. Both the Saints and Chiefs should be playing in the Super Bowl right now. Awful officiating smh
@@deciuswtasby Does that guys "basic mistake" affect player legacies, 6 digit paychecks for everyone on the Saints roster, and millions of sports bettors and dozens of casinos?
Lets build the LA brand, but we are going to make them have to hit a 48 yard FG to send to OT then have them hit a 57 yard FG to win... seems like a lot to leave to chance if they really want to build the LA brand

When the Referee's don't call a penalty in the first, second, or third quarter it usually isn't a big deal, but when there is less than two minutes left in the 4th quarter, in the NFC Championship game of all things, the missed or ignored penalty means everything, the Saints got fucked, but the Refs don't care because its just the Saints, the same thing would not have happened to the Patriots their the sweethearts of the NFL.
speaking of the patriots, they had more penalties called against them den the chiefs did? 2 or 3 PI calls in a row in the 4th Q i believe it was and a roughing the passer call.
And the Pats and the Edelman call were bullshit and wouldve been the game the ball touched his thumb fuck the pats fuck the rams and FUCK THE REFS GO CHIEFS
The same thing happened when Dallas cowboys beat the Detroit lions in the playoffs a few years ago was the same thing so to say it's the worst call ever is just flat out false cuz it happens every year to every team. And there's no facts that say the game would have been over had the call been made cuz it's a game and things happen so people are basing their opinions on their emotions. Bad calls are made and it's a part of sports and life so get over it cuz there was a bad call that went against the rams the first time they played when it was obvious to see that the refs made a bad call and didn't give the rams a first down on a fake punt so it goes both ways in regards to bad calls being made. These commentators are just mad cuz they all picked the saints to win and they lost the same way they won the regular season match up a missed call, so get over it. Time to move on..
Saints had a Super Bowl appearance and possible 2nd ring for Brees stolen from them. Kamara, Jordan, Ingram, Thomas will never get a ring… The Saints fans and the players from that team were robbed. They will never forget and never forgive.
Let’s see the NFL moved to LA couple years back...LA is a bigger market bringing in more $$$ for the NFL...CBS reportedly wanted Patriots vs Rams based on bigger tv markets...idk what else there is to see here
The NFL needs to sell the LA market. This sport is so fixed its not even funny. Ive seen too many of these calls every week to know this whole sport is fixed.
If the NFL is fixed and games have a predetermined outcome, why do you watch it? Why buy tickets if people like you know the games are all rigged? Don't watch it.
@ Darin Jenkins You know, a long time ago I would of called BS. But these last few years I have come to realize you are probably right. It's all about business. We are talking tens of millions of dollars here, maybe more. I couldn't agree more with Max, it was the worst call ever.
"Lsu3 Tok" that's what your cocky ass fanbase gets I knew you clowns were going to choke again your whole season doesn't mean shit now yall went 13-3 and were the number 1 seed and still can't make the super bowl and you should be glad that you even made the NFC Championship game because if Alshon Jeffery doesn't drop that pass the eagles would have ended your season last week.

I’m a saints fan but don’t live in Louisiana any more. Pro football is not a game like your kid playing in high school. This cost the players , the team and the city a lot of $money. A huge amount of money that they worked for. They earned and it was taken from them. I don’t think there was some plan to make the Saints loose. Just incompetence at the highest level for a sports event. It puts a stain on a great rams season and it wasn’t there fault. The ref closet to the infraction didn’t pull his flag. He froze. The level of the moment and possible even the noise had his brain frozen. So no other ref in that stadium couldn’t pull there flag and make the call?? I think they can?. Everyone saw it.
A missed call for one team doesn't mean they owe the other team a free one. I agree with Stephen A on this one they need a system in place where someone up in the booth can call down and say, "Hey guys this call is too obvious and it should be this way." Phantom hands to the face on Brady was another one that comes to mind.
@@mackgiver875 I agree with being able to challenge ANY play. I feel this way in all sports. If you get a limited number of challenges per game, you should be able to use them on anything. If you want to use one of them on a play where you thought a penalty was committed, fine. Go for it. That said, yes, a missed call doesn't mean the refs "owe" the other team. But it does mean that the Rams should have benefitted in the same way the Saints should have. If the game is 24-20, how do you know this pass interference play happens? You don't. But you owe it to both the players and the fans to find out. The Rams should have been able to challenge the face mask, and the Saints should have been able to challenge the pass interference. Can you imagine if the Saints had a 1st and goal, down 24-20 with less than 2 minutes on the clock? Does the Rams defense come up with a huge stop and carry them to the Super Bowl? Or does Drew Brees add to his legacy with another amazing win? You're talking about potentially one of the most exciting endings in NFL history. That's what we should have seen. But instead, we got some flubbed up, bastardized version because both teams got screwed.
They knew what they were doing. All it took was 1 ref to throw the flag..... 1 ref! Think about that and tell me that NFL games are not being manipulated.
I agree. Been watching for 35 years and didn't believe it was rigged. But, after what I saw on that one play it changed my entire mindset on the NFL being rigged. There is NO other reason that could happen. At a min, the ref would throw the flag if there was even a bit of doubt so it could be reviewed and he, who threw the flag, would be proven right or wrong. But, by not throwing the flag it made the play not reviewable. THAT is how you know it was fixed.
The N.F.L. commissioner should be fired or resign. This will perhaps allow whatever integrity is left in the N.ow F.ake L.eague to remain. Miss facemask calls happen very frequent in football and are often hard to catch by the refs - especially at the line of scrimmage where it is crowded with humongous men. However, dude this was in the wide open field i.e. one on one. Saints fans could have accepted losing the game if a ram's offensive lineman's face mask was grabed by a defensive lineman on that play or by any other infraction that was not so blantantly visible. Comparing the two infractions is like comparing "apples and oranges". This is no time for political correctness. The "beastmode" incident a few years back in the superbowl - and now this. Steven A. is on point e.g. "highway robbery"! . ( period )
What makes this an issue, is that the PI was sooooo egregious. If it had simply been your "run of the mill" PI, where there's a lot of contact involved, and the refs let it go, it would have been no big deal. But in this case, the receiver was hit so early, and so HARD, that he was sent flying 4 yards out of bounds.
Not only that, the hit was, as Max said, *Helmet to Helmet* In College, that play *would have been reviewed* not for Pass Interference, but for *Targeting* Since this is the NFL, it doesn't meet the rule. But, if this was a College game, Robey-Coleman would have been *Ejected* for that hit! EDIT: Either way, Stephen A. is right that this is on the Front Office.
The game is rigged. People need to do to do their research and stop being so naive and blind. The National Football League does NOT I repeat, does NOT care about your feelings. If they did, that would've never happened to the Saints. The league isn't even registered as a competitive sports entity. Its under the " sports entertainment " banner. The same way thr WWE is. You can look these things up for yourself. In other game that call gets called. There's no way you can suspect folly when there's not one, but TWO BLATANT rule violations. Helmet to Helmet and P. I. Rodger Goodell has said that he desires a " Undertaker " in the league in terms of success and longevity. That's the Patriots. There's too much money on the line, these people and organizations do not care about you. Time to wake up
Benny Wave the idea that there more people want to see the rams instead of the saints is laughable. This matchup was the fourth best that could’ve happened. Also New England literally won a coin flip.
The NFL hates this team for no other reason other than their name. THE SAINTS. I could go back and review all the examples of that through the years! Here's one of them ; right after the Saints won the NFC championship and went to their first Super Bowl what did the NFL do after all those years ? They changed the sudden death overtime rules!!
With seven officials on the field, I cannot fathom not one was watching the ball. I am beyond angry. At 56yo, I have grown up with the Saints, and I am beyond livid. We took the ribbing as the league’s whipping boy for nearly 40yrs. I watched every possible game and had season tickets for a while during that time and continuing to the present. Our first year with a +.500 season made many in the city have emotional breakdowns. Our owner died this year, I guess this is how the NFL (not for ladies) intends to deal with his widow. It will go down in history as the most pathetic missed call in history. Think how much money that call will cost this city. Our main industry is tourism and getting our name out there is important. To me, it is an element of having a team that pays more than most realize. To have just heard “New England v New Orleans” for two weeks is invaluable missed advertising. I hear there is a plan to have a parade for the Saints begin at kickoff of the Super Bowl. Who Dat, forever!
ironic how Phil McKinnely was the line juge, ironic how he also played for the rams in the 80's, ironic how there was 2 blatant peneltys that werent called, ironic how your blind

Chris Simon Y’all didn’t really make much plays after the 1st 🤣🤣🤣 you could’ve pulled a Tom Brady and have Brees score but that’s too much for Brees to do, he’s not good enough. The rams didn’t even play their best game and beat y’all, that must fucking suck to know the saints played as best as they could and still couldn’t do shit 😂😂😂 SAINTS SUCK 💀💀💀
Well lets see. 1) You had the crowd noise which gave you an edge all game. Lets not pretend it wasn't a factor. Had you been in LA, you would've been smoked considering EVEN with the Rams being unable to run plays effectively, you STILL couldn't stop them from being in the game. 2) You got away with a blatant facemask which would've put the Rams in a perfect position to score a TD, but lets not talk about that right? 3) You had the Rams best offensive weapon sitting on the sidelines. 4) You didn't stop the Rams from getting into FG position at the end. 5) You didn't score in OT. 6) You didn't stop the Rams in OT All this with a clear home advantage that most teams would absolutely kill for. I mean think about it, the other team can't even run their plays. They had to scream in each other's ears all game, couldn't audible, couldn't do anything and they STILL hung in there. I don't even wanna hear it about the getting favorable calls. NO got a championship handed to them by the league in 09 because it was a good story. So lets talk truth here. One call kept the Rams alive, sure, but you had ALL the advantages this game. All of them, and failed. Wanna blame it one one call, be my guest.
Not even a Saints fan, but that was a blatant no call, NFL is fixed and purposely gave "L.A." Rams a chance at the Super Bowl..........................I mean I could've called pass interference from or helmet to helmet from house on the couch. There's just no excuse for it! Hopefully we see nothing like this in the Super Bowl.
This is the most amazing thing. Watching these Saints stans cry about the same the exact thing Vikings fans were crying about 10 years ago, and Saints fans were mocking them for it. This is just beautiful poetic justice. Edited: words are hard
Jessie thank you, that was a catch from day one. Pack would have scored most likely but we will never know because Dez and the Cowboys were robbed as well
Lol your dumbass team choked lmao. Not only did you guys recieve the ball for OT, but yall let Rams into field goal range twice. How can you not see that
The only reason that the rams even had the ball where he got the face mask is because is because the same dude had a pass interference on 3rd down the drive before that the refs missed. Why is nobody talking about that
christopher coleman exactly the same player held ted gin for a potential reception n he was there before the ball and they ignored that too when gin was clearly calling for a flag
The nfl refs already came out to clarify that "missed" facemask call. A facemask penalty HAS to constitute actual grabbing and/or pulling of the facemask, not just a glancing inadvertent blow to the face mask.
If y’all think these games are decided on Sunday you’re very mistaken. They wanted Brady to win the SB and he had a better chance at that facing the Rams.. you think the Saints and Sean Payton scoring only 13 pts in a SB you must be joking
even if they did called that face mask penalty and rams scored, next possession saints were at goal line as well. if called on the PI saints would more than likely get that Td
AS A PANTHERS FAN... that missed call was total bs. It couldn’t have been more plain as day. I’m not going to say they got “robbed” because there were times in that game they could have executed and scored but they didn’t. BUT, at that time in the game, and when it was not called, I would say they would have won if that pi was called. At the same time It’s football, missed penalty’s happen. Just unfortunate it happened when it did.
The NFL is not fixed. It is officiated by humans with rare but ever-present human error, and managed by a league that under-utilizes technology to minimize the number and severity of these inevitable but rare errors.

even as a Pats fan, that would've been legendary. Those two QB's are so similar in every way, would've been epic. Alas, I'm happy we won and beat that joker Jared Goff.
As a Patriots fan I was happy because we probably would have lost to the Saints
Anthony Thomas Thanks. Likely won’t ever happen, but we can dream!
That would be awful. As long as there is $$$ there will always be desired outcomes.
You described VAR in the 2nd part of your comment.
If the Saints were the Pats they get that call 100/100
No team gets hosed more than NE. Either way Brees/Saints got the ball FIRST in OT.

So......all saints fans should just ignore the fact the refs missed the face mask call on goff that would have been 1st and goal on the one? It's ok for the saints to benefit from one no call and say nothing but get the short end on another no call and nonstop bitch about it?

I've always been fine with missed calls, figure they even out over the course of a season...this is the first time something this blatant got missed.
I agree and it's that alone that truly opened my eyes that it's fixed. Seriously. Even if it wasn't my team, I'd look at that and say, 'It's just not possible to miss that.' Which means the fix is in. Sad, b/c I've watched for 35 years.
That's a lie raiders and patriots game raiders missed super bowl cause of a bad call and it was reviewed
So in reality like one of the other Polo read things that sings the balance themselves out and besides if the saints were really a better team they would have made the touchdown is scored in overtime but they blew it the Patriots game was almost the same way but the Patriots had the ball at the end in overtime and they got it done when it comes down to it both teams that are in the super bowl are the teams that should be there
Mr. J how stupid are you people😂😂😂

No trashh rams gunna winn lolol

New Orleans got robbed straight up
Mrberry11 Gaming The non PI call was game changing (possibly game deciding), but you’re right. Their were so many missed calls throughout the game. Other than the non PI one, the non facemask that would’ve given the Rams a 1st and goal on the 1 to potentially score the game winning TD.
The saints lost period, if they were going to win it wouldn't be a close game. Also, they couldn't do crap in OT.
As a Vikings fan, I couldn't be happier
Kiel says nope because his head was up his ass so he never saw it.
You know who got robbed...Drew breeze. The Rams D took his soul!
That was an accident I think
Not really a 'joke' it's just scripted and rigged to benefit the league and their policy of revenue sharing. They desperately need to expand the LA market.
Stephan has is biased opinion..
But he is right. It's not 1960, it's 2019..

BOTH GAMES WERE RIGGED
How the fuck was Patriots vs Chiefs rigged
@@chrisriess5639 Rules don't need to be changed in terms of reviewing calls/no calls because it will get overused essentially as a free timeout. I think the only solution is to hold higher accountability and standards towards refs. NFL refs make more than the average college educated middle class worker. They should be fined, suspended or face employment termination for making clear/blantant mistakes (if this already isn't being done). And there should be higher requirements/qualifications for one to become an NFL ref or maintain the status of one. We see some old dudes officiating games. The same thing happened when Dallas cowboys beat the Detroit lions in the playoffs a few years ago was the same thing so to say it's the worst call ever is just flat out false cuz it happens every year to every team. 😂😂😂😂 2009 we will never 4get...yours truly Vikings fan
Even the rams player who did the pass interference was looking around to see A FLAG. PROOF THAT HE DID DO A INTERFERENCE.
Yes he was looking for the flag...
He was trying to stop the clock, and knew he’d draw a flag.
He has admitted that it was a PI and that he got away with it.
@@charlie-obrien Yes, just saw that. Couple fans suing. See what happens.
Damn. Would of been amazing to see Brady vs Brees in the Super Bowl for once
Lose*
Go to 2:28... saints did us dirty too
No, there were plans for saints to lose. Get that fact straight!!
I’m a Texans fan, not even a football fan much anymore.
Apparently refs don’t know how to flag pass interference
They sure do if your going against NE.
Or flag a for a game changing facemask
"highway robbery"! . ( period )
5 months later and I’m still sick over this no call
More than a year later and it still stings.
A year and a half later it still makes me sick!

Yea. He got blasted.
Not only that, the hit was, as Max said, *Helmet to Helmet*
In College, that play *would have been reviewed* not for Pass Interference, but for *Targeting*
Since this is the NFL, it doesn't meet the rule. But, if this was a College game, Robey-Coleman would have been *Ejected* for that hit!
EDIT: Either way, Stephen A. is right that this is on the Front Office.
They'd have to review all missed calls......and open a can of worms. Stupid. Obviously Saints fan.
Darrell Cordova What’s stupid is not reviewing what type of officiating crew you have on which games
Darrell Cordova There should be no affiliation or connection to any of the participating teams by any of the officials officiating those games.
The Superbowl Matchup is a Joke this year. I'm ready for the NBA but then again the Warriors still exist.

@Donte Underwood Well it's kinda True. Even though Brady is an All time Great but he knows the refs will cheat for him on several occasions.
Anne HBurn yeah but at least the warriors don’t cheat like teams in the nfl do
not even a saints fan or patriots fan, but 5 years later this call still haunts me bc it made me miss out on a brady vs bree’s superbowl 🥺
Time to wake up
Benny Wave thank you
Benny Wave the idea that there more people want to see the rams instead of the saints is laughable. This matchup was the fourth best that could’ve happened. Also New England literally won a coin flip.

That ref oughtta be ashamed of himself and fired from his job for this mess....
Fired? Guarantee you that Goodell wanted this call made. Somethings up with the nfl. They’re finessing curtain games
Why would they get fired for doing what they were supposed to do which was ensure the LA Rams made it to the superbowl
Boycott the Super Bowl and the products that are advertised during the Super Bowl

How many plays do we need to make when a referee can’t make the call that changes the outlook of who is in the Super Bowl
Pretending like this wasn't exactly what happened in 2009 to the Vikings.

6) You didn't stop the Rams in OT
All this with a clear home advantage that most teams would absolutely kill for.
Oh we will. Remember the Cheatriots are playing in the Super Bowl
Robert Gray don’t watch it. It’s the only way for the nfl to to take us seriously. They’re a bunch of greedy assholes.

The only reason that the rams even had the ball where he got the face mask is because is because the same dude had a pass interference on 3rd down the drive before that the refs missed. Why is nobody talking about that
christopher coleman exactly. Coleman got away with PI and helmet to helmet hits several plays.
christopher coleman exactly the same player held ted gin for a potential reception n he was there before the ball and they ignored that too when gin was clearly calling for a flag

I’m not going to say they got “robbed” because there were times in that game they could have executed and scored but they didn’t.
