How to Configure DINSTAR VoIP GSM Gateway UC2000 with Elastix

Elastix is a kind of SIP server, just like Asterisk, FreeSwitch, VOS, 3CX, and Issabel, etc. The configuration theory is alike. Hope this guide video would inlight you.

Check the sms option, ussd how to complete the fields. For when you put a keyword, turn off the port

How can I find network address of uc2000 so I can enter Dinstar Web Management system ? Device is connected to router ..

Thanks a lot for the video. I have some questions
1. Why did you choose dinstar as the sip user id and authentication Id? How did you create them?
2. To dial outbound calls to the gsm ,is it mandatory that the users must add prefix before the gsm number? If yes,I think some sip servers have a way of adding the prefix automatic.
3. Is the prefix number 9 or it can be any prefix number ?

1. Some sip servers require other gateway registers to it. This video takes sip user and authenticates ID as 'dinstar' and password '123456', they were created in Elastix (3m25s~3m35s | USER Context, username, secret)
2. Adding prefix is optional. Generally speaking, one sip server could connect several gateways, and the prefix for routes is used to distinguish different destination trunks.
3. That could be any number. You can set different prefix patterns for different trunks.

hello, i have set this up with cisco call manager which is my sip server. i can recieve incoming calls but cant make outgoing calls.The sip trunk status of my sip server is showing no service. Has dinstar been tested to work with cisco call manager ?
