this music.. i just can’t explain it, it makes my day better and better. so chill, so happy, jazzy, but it’s the best music of anything ive ever heard. i’ve been trying to find music like this since i was 5 years old, i’m only 11 now. your music is my type, best music ever. has such a good influence on me. and helps me feel better on my bad/stressed days. you encourage me so much and if i knew you existed AND missed out on so much that you stopped producing songs, i would literally cry. each song you make i draw on what I think about the music, like what it’s explaining. i can write paragraphs all day, but i’m in a rush. i just wanted to know your a huge inspiration, so don’t stop and keep what your doing cause your doing good to people.

Awesome to see such a unique artist like Kiefer getting the attention he deserves. There's really nobody out there in his respective genre that even comes close to being as original and innovative. You could even argue that he has a genre of his own.

I find this so inspiring, especially since I too have suffered from severe GAD and panic attacks, and they are no joke. I have such a respect for people who deal with this, as well as mental/emotional/psychological disorders as well, considering how tremendously an altered mental state changes your life. I am a fine artist, and it's been pretty debilitating trying to be functional work-wise and creative-wise, and also recover from all the anxiety that stems from severe trauma. One of the most helpful things for me so far was similar to what Kiefer said, which is acceptance of those feelings. When I'm feeling anxious, I kind of imagine saying to the various parts of myself, "I know, this is hard, let's get through it together," and it almost immediately brings my anxiety under control--it doesn't necessarily go away, but it doesn't spike, and I can typically manage it from there. Flowing with it and not letting it get ahold of you is a major challenge (especially when it's severe), but it is the most beneficial, more permanent/long-term path to recovery (which can absolutely also be supported with therapy, drugs, etc. if necessary). Thank you, Kiefer, for sharing your story--you are not alone!
