What does fufu taste like?
Probably this one is just water nd rice flour. It has no taste but it s good eating with soup. Like bread
Well, I bit the bullet y'all and made ground nut soup and fufu. i had ground nut soup years ago and it was delicious but The soup I made didn't turn out the best (too much PB). The fufu (plantain) didnt have much flavor at all; more of a filler than anything else. It was akin to mashed potatoes with a slightly different texture and very bland in flavor.
