Hey man....I know this is almost 2 years old, but it's pretty good for a first try. Hope you've not given up on getting better. I'm just starting myself and you saying it took you almost 2 months for a 4 min video makes me feel better because I was thinking..."how do people do this so fast!" So good job and thanks!

Pretty good, although I spotted a couple glitches:
0:20 there's a half second flash to an earlier line.
1:31 You misspelled the first "Counting"

very nice concept, really clean! Be careful with your timing though, it's slightly off for most of the words - kinetic typography has the greatest effect when it's perfectly timed with the lyrics. (lot of work, I know :))

1) I just make a shape (quadrangle) same width as "I" then I expanded it vertically that looks like as if the "I" would stretch.
2) Tutorial - Text Effects Opacity in Adobe After Effects CS4, CS3
3) As you can see in Text Opacity Effect tutorial. Make a text, click animate and select blur (bottom). I used Sure Target but not here.
4) Sure Target, you can find a lot of tutorial :)
thanks bro, im currently using vegas pro 13. what do you think is better after effects or vegas. i find vegas to have few effects.

+Be The Best You Can Be Vegas is more video editing software, despite a great number of features. AE is 2D (even light 3D) animating software, therefore ideal for jobs like this.

1) What effect do use for making line at 1:16?
2) How to make effect at 1:38?
3) How to make blurring effect at 2:21? Arre you using Sure Target?

Nice work. I'm trying something like this on Motion 5. Just curious so you need to type each words for the whole song or there's an easy way to import the lyrics?
I don't know Motion 5. Maybe there is a plainer manner but I don't know how it works so I typed each words. I typed it in because of that because I was able to do a varied typography so only.
