    I had one when I was a kid and loved it. Bought my nephew one for Christmas and it seems pretty cheap relative to mine. So now I’m forced to be an old man and say “they don’t build um like they use to”

    Haha, I have a plasma light like this in the shape of a lava lamp. I’ve had it for about 6 years and it stays on and goes strong every day. They’re definitely built to last.
    Love everything you do, Tom.

    I bought one just like this for my cousin's grandchildren from the Science Museum, London. The younger one is fascinated and keeps it by her bedside. In view of the dreadful and looming employment crisis brought about by automation I trust this plasma lamp will help to steer them into a STEM field of study.. The future is grim, folks. :)

    I've had one of these for 22/23 years now... Very simple science.. No moving parts.... So it will last if YOU don't drop it.

    If u put your hand on the top properly it makes 1 beam instead of 50 that connects to your hand without breaking and its so thick

      @Bepis19 5 років тому +2

      I know I'm late, but it won't work without the glass. The glass holds in the gasses that make the plasma, it won't work with open air.
