Thanks to all who gave a nice comment. To that guy who says i hit a face: Are you blind? After you shoot theres always a little flash, but here it isn´t. You simply don´t believe that i´m good. And if you don´t like it, THEN DO IT BETTER!
I believe it sold so well because it sold as a package deal with a wiimote. The price was just the same as buying a wiimote by itself so the game was basically free.
Why do you not believe me? Tell me what kind of cheat you think i have used. If you bring up a good answer, i might understand why you don´t believe me. If you fail however, i´ll block you because you are wasting my time. Again: Give the people here a nice explanation why you think that i cheated.

what d'you mean? the sound is delayed so the gunshot sounds from the target of about 1/3 sec ago. watch the points in level 2, they always raise by 1 or 10, never by 3.

There is only a video of a guy showing that his highscore is 999. You won´t actually see the run where he got it though, he just shows the highscore to show-off. In the related videos there´s a video named "wii play shooting range 999 world record". You can watch that one, but you won´t really see anything...
I personally think that i´ll be the one who is beating this world record. 5 days ago, i started playing this game after a break of 6 months... and today, i got 902 with my favorite mii. If i keep this work up, i´ll beat my own world record soon! But i don´t want to show-off, so i´ll not say TOO much! :)

i went to play that round my mates house the other day, only playted it one night and managed 2 get 500 and something, always been good at shooters, but that was wicked! its all about gettin them fast and never firing a miss, funnest game on wii play by far!
Blimey. That's some skill you have, dude. My highest score at the moment is 723. I'm trying to get the hang of combos on the final level... it's not easy. But I'm using your technique now of shootng the UFO's as they pick the Mii up, rather than just blasting them all like crazy. ;)
Yep, definitely. I have like, programmed a bot that shoots everything pretty well ( not perfectly because otherwise it would have been to easy to see that it´s a bot) and then implemented it on my Wii. >_>

This is eriosuly inhuman. I'm fucking SCARED to play against you in a Wii shooting game when it comes out, though I think it would be kinda nuts to see you use the 2 controller method for this- even if it's a bit more inaccurate. Its unnerving to see someone have such perfect accuracy. I'm only around the mid 800 mark, but still - this blows mine away. Good luck with other games and the like, love the Johnny Depp mii, haha.

It is - but on the PAL-version only. On NTSC, you can use one more trick to get more points.

In my 904 video, i managed a perfect round 3... i think i have only been able to do this 2 times.

You could easily get 999 if you figure out how to shoot the mii targets in round 2, and don't miss in round 3
... first of all i only needed 2 weeks to do it, and second i CAN`T figure out where the targets appear, because they are random!

I use a video recorder to record. And to the question how i got 902: First i got motivation by a 873 video and then i practised.
I just got 904. A video will come later.
