In this video, you would know which criminal cases should be assessed with legal fees and how much fees should be collected or paid. You would know also when should the private complainant be required to deposit the P1,000.00 STF, for the service of court processes.

Hi sir, you can't file a waiver. What you need to do is to file a motion to enter as pauper litigants if you qualify with the conditions set under Sec. 19 of Rule 141, Rules of Court, as amended. Thank you.
