- Today I head out to do some shopping at the LEGO Store and stumble across some deals! In addition to the deals, there is also a pretty decent-looking promo as well! While I was out and about I also stopped off at Home Depot... conveniently there is a ToysRus in the same parking lot!

Hey Bricksie, I think your trains look great. I disagree with the 100 plus people who think you should get rid of the trains and train station. I'm old school and I think it's YOUR layout and you are the one who has to see it every day, so do what makes YOU happy. I understand asking for suggestions and opinions, but don't let them get you down. Ultimately, it's your layout, and if you want trains and a station, then I just do it !!! Keep up the great work. Frankly I love the way you've done it!!!😅
i would definitely do the castle first, just because you won't have to change any layout afterwards or completely redo a section as it doesn't make sense etc
also doing the castle may lead you add things around the park, such as tinkerbell flying around, like she does when the fireworks take off

That Home Alone set does seem pretty steep. It’s currently 300 in the US, which comes out to about 409 Canadian. Cheaper here with no damaged box. But US Costco doesn’t have anything close to the Lego deals you have.
It is 379.99 CAD on shop at home. I'm thinking it's a staff issue placing it in the wrong spot

I've managed to add 4 trains to one Bluetooth remote, but the issue is, if adding another train goes wrong in any way, form or shape, you're starting from scratch ... for all trains. So I'm sticking to one remote per train, but I do add two motors to the same remote for trains with 2 locos, of course.
Just an idea for when the holiday season rolls around again. If you're able to you could get two of the Christmas tree sets and make a massive tree to put up in your city, kinda like the tree in NYC

Looks like Home Alone was in the wrong place. Price tag is for Grand Piano. Home Alone is $379 CAD on Lego site.
I have seen a speedbuild of Ninjago City Gardens. It looks a huge set, it might take you a while!
Home Alone is $379 at Lego in Canada, not $500. There's simply must've been a price tag error on the shelf.

Costco CA is far better than US. We have about 5 lego sets listed on Costco US right now.
I am so jealous when I see you on the PAB wall. I have waited all year to go to the Lego Store, Leicester square. I finally went last week and went to get the Up house and it was sold out. Went to the PAB wall to find elements to build trees and they had nothing. I even bought my spare cups along with me and bought nothing.
where I live in Texas the costco I shop at does not have even close to the amount of legos like you are showing....for example we have around 6 lego sets......
In the USA COSTCO selling that space classic set for $30 USD which per Google $42 CAD. For that price I picked it up

Pretty sure the Home Alone set at the LEGO Store was just placed in wrong spot. It retails in Canada for 379.99, same price as the Costco listing but the Costco one includes the architecture set for free.

wow, your online costco is WAY better! USA costco only ever has a couple Lego sets online and I've never seen it where you get an entire set free w/ purchase.
The Costco website in USA only has 5 sets available and no special pairings. 😢
Another idea is the amusement park can on shelf as well on table train through it to expand the landscaping

Here in France ToysRUs became Picwictoys but the brand was then bought by Smyths. Now I've ditched the LEGO store and I only go to Smyths because the LEGO aisle is aligned with Amazon prices
You should connect the loop coaster with the regular coaster and make it a mega coaster.
I have the same attitude, easily spend $200 on toys, but wouldn’t dream of spending more than $10 on a shirt 😂
The smaller Hulkbuster is the ACTUAL Hulkbuster while the bigger own is the Godzilla Buster.

Just picked up 2 of the creator sets today at Costco for 30 a piece! From 80 down to 30 it was impossible to pass up. Love your channel it’s becoming a part of my daily routine lol.
The Christmas tree is probably worth it because even if you don’t part it out, you could do the alternate build and have two smaller trees
I just switched to the Lego approved method of using glass cleaner to apply their stickers. It has vastly improved my sticker skills.

@@Bricksie Peugeot actually has quite a history regarding their model numbers, they even kept Porsche from using 901 for their top model (which is why they used 911 instead). Since then they kept the current model numbers (208, 308, 508) with series numbers, but for special models they keep their model numbers with X in the middle

I finished my landrover classic about a week ago and I love it. It's the first icon car I've built so don't have much to go against the others but enjoyed the build and I love the look of it. The shape of the Landie really suits lego. I've done a couple of little upgrades to mine too. Well worth the £197 I paid for mine, should be £209 but I redeemed some vip points, a model that would be a great fit in your collection. Keep up the great Videos too.
