Stop talking about a reconciliation for Harry and William. Do you not realize the reality that it will not happen anytime in the near future and possibly not for a decade or even.more. Did you forget everything Harry said in his book? Did you forget how he disparaged his family in the Netflix mockumentary? Did you forget all his vicious, hostility in interviews? I don't think William forgot. We haven't forgotten.
True all that, and he is out in the cold .

I think it did bother King George VI greatly that he and his brother were not on good terms. Didn't he continue to send some type of allowance to the Duke of Windsor? But it was his wife the Queen Elizabeth who absolutely would not allow a reconciliation between the brothers. Among other things, she blamed the Duke abdicating the throne for her husband's early death.
