War Thunder Battle Rating Changes | Max BR Increased to 12.0

A new round of Battle Rating (BR) changes has been announced for War Thunder, affecting ground vehicles, aircraft, and naval vehicles. The maximum BR for ground vehicles is being increased to 12.0. For full details, check the official update:

@@Mr.M0m4sos I think it'll be fine. Almost everything else proportionally bums up. So it looks like it will be just a change of numbers. IMO.
