@@luceafarul579 They are Tibetan, but i disagree with the second statement. There are tons of tourists who wear bastardized Tibetan dresses for their Tibetan Disneyland photoshoots. You can easily find those videos and photos online.
@@Bzdm0 they can do photo shoots. They can’t wear it to perform or to walk down the street doing regular stuff. After they take the photo they’ll take it off, otherwise it’s seen as being highly disrespectful if it found out that you are not ethnically Tibetan and just wearing it as if you were. There are no laws against it but you might make it onto Weibo and Douyin and having millions of people cursing you.
