I honestly found him on Spotify a year ago and i went to see him live friday... Hands down best show as far as energy the vibe was nice.. i would highly recommend listening to his whole library and definitely go see.
Imagine Prof walking alone, at night, through a neighborhood that isn't his. The local outside boys take one look and see a succulent baby lamb. Prof is saying he's got nothing for them but hellfire in the form of fisticuffs. He's already been chased and beaten by the police, and he's in no mood to be anyone's victim.
I've been homeless for over a year and I can say I am not afraid of man/police but i have had Sasquatch mess with me and Dogman while i was trying to just get sleep while being homeless! I sing this in my mind to build my confidence! Shalom!
Hi Kaleb, I am so sorry to hear about the situation that you find your self in. We all need something to hold on to as we hope for a better tomorrow and I am so glad to hear that you find confidence in this song. My thoughts and prayers to your bother.
This song has a lot of slang and needing to be in the situation to understand. Like the 12 is the police, talking about just got booked and nowhere to sit, when you in-process in jail you get put in a room full of other dudes and a lot of times they try to punk you by taking your seat or saying its theirs.
This song also has a under tone of being locked up in jail, talking about taking someone shoes talking about cigarettes talking about like I just got booked no other place to sit I got no money for your commissary

It’s a true story of getting chased and beat by the police for spray painting and ending up on the wrong side of town
In a nutshell he's saying bring it, I can hold my own
There is a lyric video for this song. Basically, somebody's trying to mug him on the same evening he got beat by cops.
to me, the end sounded like the cops actually picked him up and he wound up in the holding tank.
I was basing my comment on a couple interviews I've seen.
@@sidhedanu cool

Ha! He's just talking shit. He's Prof and he's saying how he feels right then. Prof is somehow a master at being serious and goofy at the same time.
He's saying he has a short temper. That's why he has a fire on him.
He has 3 bluesy song as well named tombstones, ain't we rich, and Louisiana.
Can't forget motel ;)
You know what he is saying my fella
My boy rapping on Lucy, love it
Listen to his track Criminal and Louisiana by Prof for his more serious side. He has a lot of more comical tracks like Light work or Squad goals.
12 is slang for the cops here in the states.
Been through some shit and then you gotta deal with the coppers at the end of the night
