The Internet is a weird place. Some phenomenon (memes, creepypastas, media of any kind really) managed to put themself into a loop of obscurity and relevance. And I don't think that will be the last time we will hear from them. Maybe in another game at another time.

In a legitimate research sense that would technically make PC Port Sonic.exe highly superior to Tricky. If a fictional character is able to manipulate the real world in any way that would mean they have some levels of transcendence from their fictional universe. Tricky while he is very powerful in his own right still only exists within the confines of fiction, and to my knowledge is unable to interact or mess with the real world.
If you look carefully, you can tell that Sonic.Exe is using Classic Sonic's body because his shoes don't have the same bottom part as Sonic's! Just a little trivia I wanted to share :)
