For preparing the pot rice, may consider use the cast iron 16cm pot or saucepan, it also gives great favor and the brown rice at the botton, but safe as the inside is not coated with unknown coating (you never know what the inside dark shiny coating is nowadays for things made in XX sale at a low price). An alternative is the Japanese clay pot.

係歐洲俾德國製造嘅臘腸參加公平D喎,話晒德國人做肉腸已經多年,機製臘腸係九十年代已經有,口味好個人但食物品質有保證。

美國的臘腸大多數是由加拿大進口小部分是在東岸紐約制造,價錢貴$12一包 味道就”非常普通“(唉⋯不想講難食~皆因冇得揀),因此非常懷念香港元朗生曬的臘腸。

如果試食最好做bling tasting,唔係會比個包裝同外觀影響,除左味道,應該根據food lable比較下肥肉比例, 唔係單單用目測,同埋最緊要目弟下有無food colour 同 food enhancer, 好多食品好味道其實係食僅的味精同添加劑,特別係呢的preserved food, 會有致癌既sodium nitrite 之類既防腐劑,最後就係pricing point, 就可以得出一個比較負責任既評價, 因爲有>100K subscribers 會受到影響。 Anyway, 很喜歡你們的片, keep up啊👍👍
