It is odd that one would have to open the bonnet from the passenger side. It may be due to the conversion from LHD to RHD that did not get complete. I also noticed that the indicator and headlamp lever was still on the left, whereas for a Japanese car, one might expect it to be on the right. I have not been to a LHT-country since 2004, and that was the UK and Ireland.
