Yay mum posted it I loved this awesome adventure!! Props to Hayden for being a silly, goofy guy and adding a lot to this adventure. Also thanks to mum for organising and taking us on this amazing adventure.
We enjoyed watching the video of three generations of your family enjoying one of our favourite places. Good that Macca joined you there with his grandson and Eve. Two beautiful First Mates there.
Congratulations to your Dad a great design and build. I had a girlfriend in my Launceston days who came from Boreen Point. Went the once to meet her parents.
Holly, a friend of mine had a red Farr5000 and lived in Byron Bay. She called it 'little Dragon' only a few years ago she sold it to a chap who lived up near Bundaberg who wasn't that happy with it for some reason, and last we heard he was going to sell it. His name is Harry B.....h. Just wondering if your F5 came from up there?
Hi Peter - I’ve met your friend and read her blog! My Farr is tangerine, not red, so alas is not the one and same. My father, Glen, has been compiling a register of known Farrs - 5, 6 and 7s. Unfortunately he hasn’t come across that particular boat either - yet!
I know Harry who owned the Farr; I gave him some info re the various designs and steered him to the John Crawford Marine trailer sailer library. He bought the Farr 5m.
@@afloatinawoodenboat Thanks Holly. By crikey Yours looks red to me, particularly that brief shot early at 1.55. Maybe it's in shade. Must say the much later one shows more like tangerine.

A beautiful place!
What a great couple of days and congrats on the new boat launch.
It was wonderful! Wish we could have made the Great Raid, but maybe 2026!
Beautiful lake, and what a great getaway.
The best! Definitely a future site for a national RAID ;)
Well done Holly fantastic. Vid
Thanks so much for watching it! It was a fabulous week of sailing. We only had three days on the water in the end due to rain, but it was worth it!

I thought she was red when I bought her. When she arrived from Adelaide I got quite a surprise!
