Thank you so much! Dude you are a life saver! I personally don't watch videos on my laptop without headphones so I've been so bored for like a month straight! Thank you so much!!! :D
THANK YOU!! I was able to successfully connect my JBL headphones. The issue was putting my headphones in 'pairing mode' lol and it connected right away .... Thank you !
I have the same type of headphones. You need to press de on buton then, after the headphones are on, you press simultaneously the on+volume up+volume down buttons and wait. Your Mac will reconize them
Thank you I had this figured out what I was doing wrong was in the shortcut it said on so I assumed bluetooth was on so I clicked on then the list of devices started listing in the preference list!!!
Thank you I was having a hard time connecting them to MacBook Pro , so weird then I watched your video and boom it connected after turmning off bluetooth and then turning it back on, finally T9 popped up to connect
This is really helpful, thank you!!! I am wondering if you know if a Shure Battery pack and wireless headset would be compatible with a MacBook Air? I am trying to figure out how get the sound balance right to teach movement classes on Zoom - that would include playing music thru the Share Audio feature on Zoom & also speaking into a wireless headset so that participants can hear my voice cue-ing their movements. Any recommendations, insights, or ideas would be most welcome! I've used a Shure brand battery pack and headset with cord to battery pack that is connected to an already set up for me sound system but never tried it with my computer. Thank you for any ideas you can share!
My headset appears, is connected but still keeps playing via the MacBook speakers. Under BT there is no other option than my soundcard, MacBook speaker and monitor speaker. Any ideas? Thanx 🙂
That's frustrating! 😊 I'm happy to help you troubleshoot the issue. Since your headset appears connected, but the audio is still playing through the MacBook speakers, here are some potential solutions: Check the Output Device: Ensure that the headset is selected as the output device in your MacBook's settings. Go to System Preferences > Sound > Output, and select your headset from the list. If you don't see your headset, try restarting your MacBook and reconnecting the headset. Bluetooth Settings: In the Bluetooth settings, you might not see your headset as a separate option, but you can try the following: Click on the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar and select Open Bluetooth Preferences. Click on the Advanced button at the bottom right corner. Make sure the Show Bluetooth in menu bar option is checked. Close the Bluetooth preferences and try connecting your headset again. Audio MIDI Setup: Sometimes, the Audio MIDI Setup can affect the audio output. Try the following: Go to Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup. Select your headset from the list of devices on the left. Click on the Action menu (gear icon) and select Use This Device for Sound Output. Reset the System Management Controller (SMC): The SMC manages various system functions, including audio. Resetting it might help: Shut down your MacBook. Locate the following keys: Power button, Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + Shift (⇧) + Power. Press and hold these keys while powering on your MacBook. Release the keys when you hear the boot chime for the second time. Reset the NVRAM and SMC: This will reset your MacBook's NVRAM and SMC to their default settings: Shut down your MacBook. Locate the following keys: Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + P + R. Press and hold these keys while powering on your MacBook. Release the keys when you hear the boot chime for the second time. Check for conflicts with other devices: If you have other Bluetooth devices connected to your MacBook, try disconnecting them and see if the issue persists. Restart your MacBook and headset: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve the issue. Try restarting both your MacBook and headset. If none of these solutions work, you might want to consider resetting your headset or seeking assistance from the manufacturer's support team. I hope one of these steps helps you resolve the issue and enjoy your audio through your headset! 🎧

My headset does not appear in the devices menu, I don't know what the problem is , model: jbl tune510tb
Have you put them in pairing mode? Maybe you need to reset them
