It was available for phds before with a condition that the candidate must be a government worker with 2 year experience. But it seems they have revoked it all together. It may come back again for the next year so please make sure to check the official website.

Do they offer commonwealth scholarship for PhD for Sri Lankans? As per the websites it does not seems so.
