Hello, You need 1 more year of experience. The rule says that if you don’t have degree/ diploma in hotel management then you need 5 years of experience to be eligible. Please contact us next year.

Hello Sohini, Yes your husband can go with you. The US government allows J2 visa holder to work while they are in the country but there is no rule which says that J2 visa holder has to work, its a choice . I would suggest that since he will be travelling with you to the US, he should work. It's an expensive country and if both the partners are working, its always good.
