@@GabrielTravelerVideos I also liked the three colorful shirts that you bought. Next time, tell us what they each costs. Your dinner looked good and the price was cheap but I didn't see vegetables or a salad, only mashed/refried beans, it looks like.

Tremendous Capital City!. Visitors feel immediately the history, culture, art, architecture, vibe and eclectic and delicious gastronomy. Mexico City is just fascinating, too much to explore and discover. Mexico has the largest number of world heritage sites in America recognized by UNESCO. Always nice vid!
I’m loving these M vids! I highly recommend visiting a Pueblo mágico in the state of Jalisco named Mazamitla. It’s up in the mountains south of Guadalajara. You can take a bus up there and it’s a town known for its Forrest and cabins. They have cheap cabins to rent and also there is a lot of quads or motorcycles to rent as well. There is a lot of fun stuff to do there and the town is beautiful. Stay safe!
Mexico City has similarities with Athens (Greece) and Rome (Italy) wherein it has the ruins of the historical Aztec temple site the truly interesting part of this mega city....it also has the large metropolitan city vibes which is very common to other similar cities around the world but I think cities like Puebla and other smaller nearby towns truly reflect the Spanish and the Indigenous cultures of this region which are truly treasure troves for Archeologists and Historians and individuals interested to know more about the cultural and historical aspect of Mexico
You definitely didnt spend enough timne there and the reason why it was so mellow and quiet is because a lot of people were still out of town for the holidays....if you go to those same spots this coming weekend it will be a lot livelier. San Angel, Santa Maria de Rebeira, Santa Fe (for cool modern architecture), Couyacan (sp?) and Ecatepec (just to get another view of the city...you can view it from an Uber haha) would've really rounded out your trip.
Ah, I went on the Taco Tour in that neighborhood on a layover - it was outstanding. Stayed at the POD hotel at the airport. Need to go back for a month!
Sorry it didnt make for a great video! Have to say I had quite a different experience in the area, far more lively, maybe its time of day or week, or just different streets! Anyway you got to see a different side of the city for sure. Next time ideas: go for Chapultepec Park, Coyoacan, maybe Xochimilcho!
Hi Gabriel, very nice part of the city sort of like the outer NYC boroughs Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island where most people just go into Manhattan. Many other parts make up the city. I know you're going off to New Zealand looking forward to seeing that and maybe further exploring Australia the outback I know you want to go back there much to see.
I have reviewed my uneducated thoughts about Mexico ( thinking cartels and crime). Through your videos, I've come to appreciate that it is a vibrant, busy and colourful place with much great art. Thankyou. BTW I feel you may be heading to NZ. Am I right? 😊
Test driving Juniper could work out? The hits might get you some members but the tech attributes might attract a slight algorithm adjustment, ( improvement? ) not sure how that might work and get interpreted. The "Juniper" name was just a codename, and it's not being officially used anywhere on Tesla's website, so the new version is still simply called the Tesla Model Y. However, Tesla is labelling the currently available Model Y as "Launch Series," it's now available in most of Asia, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Korea. this time you got the cinematography perfect, the colors are very nice, it has to be a different camera 📷. You cinematography in Egypt 🇪🇬 was off, probably the auto white balance setting, and o course you sound is all ways perfect ❤. saludos
As someone who has lived in cdmx for a few years now there is nothing great for videos. Centro is just busy shopping area mostly. The trendy neighborhoods are great as places to live or enjoy. Videos would have to be about something specific like food or interesting people.
Yes that's true, there's a difference between what makes a good video, and what makes a good place to live. For example, a lot of US does not make a good video. Like in the suburbs, it's kind of boring to film there. But it can be a comfortable place to live for a family. But I have seen other videos where it looked really impressive in that area of Romo and Condesa. Lots of people out in the streets, eating outside at tables, and in cafes. I think it probably has to be a weekend, and after a certain time of the day. Because probably most people in that area work or go to school during the weekday.
Hi Gabriel, am guessing you are going to Solomon Islands and or Fiji? Be good to hear about how you deal if get ill whilst travelling, not covered a lot by anyone, know not a positive thing to talk about but obviously happens. Saying this hope you are well though. Kindest regards to you and all here. Gerry
I appreciate that you went to that area, but I don't think you hit the right streets with all the cafes and restaurants. I think you were a little early in the day too. Because trust me I've seen videos where it's super lively in that area. But I do appreciate the trees that are all over that area. We got a little taste of that area anyway.
@jrd8526 yes those trees are so impressive. They make everything so attractive in those neighborhoods. I guess most people in the world don't think of old large trees when they think of Mexico City. They mistakenly think it's too dry there.

I just got a new phone. My old one still works but I was really worried about losing it while traveling solo. In this day and age it would mean disaster. Cant really imagine what a pain it must be to try to get acces to important reservations in an internet cafe, manage my banking, having to go to service desks at airports to get boarding passes instead of just having everything on my phone of course. So yeah, feel a lot better now wit my old phone, a credit card and some cash in my hotelroom as a backup. And when im on the move its in a secure compartment in my backpack so even if I somehow get pickpocketed, it very unlikely they get both. The backup phone also has a picture of my passport which is a lot better than nothing in case the real one goes missing. So, its a huge peace of mind deal to have that security just in case. You cant always prevent everything, but you can make sure that when bad stuff happens, its impact is manageable.
