RTO,s are pushing district account offices as withholding agent to recover 25% tax of last years. But it's on lower level discussion. As both systems of FBR and AG,s are now interconnected and Tax slabs are maintained by FBR they are not working on bigger scale to change formulas in tax slabs. Desperate measures. 😅
